    All those commenting negatively on her looks must be perfect human specimens. Faultless and flawless. Those saying the exercises don't work probably did them for five minutes. Thank you for this video. I enjoyed it.

    A cheat sheet for my own benefit:
    The V (squint up then look down in even reps)
    Smile Smoother (‘o’ to smile, then smile scoop up)
    Smooth the Brow (three forehead sweeps)
    Flirty Eyes (mouth ‘o’ shape, look up and flutter eyelids, 30secs)
    The Giraffe (stroke neck, stick lip out)
    Acupressure points - (between eyebrows, circle both ways)
    - (pinch jaw all the way up the jawline)
    - (earlobe pinches)

    If nothing else, it relieves stress when I do these so I continue. People younger than me, and conventionally attractive, keep asking about my skin routine so maybe there's something to it. Thanks for this video!

    I enjoy it. It makes my face feel energized. Other yoga works - why shouldn't this too..She is pretty and has a soothing voice

    If nothing else, I feel de-stressed after doing these. I must be holding stress/tension in my face, so this is helping in a way I didn't expect - as a de-stressor. Thank you!
    I won't know about the wrinkle piece for years, but it would be a nice bonus if so.

    I can't wait to try these exercises. I have a feeling they might work. As someone who gets stressed out a lot, I think this will help a lot.
    I think a good reason why it didn't work for the other ladies is because they were not relaxed when they did it. Any type of yoga is meant to relax the person.

    I have lost the feeling in the left side of my face after a tbi. Hoping these will encourage everything to start working again, obviously help the wrinkles and double chin too

    Face yoga has been recognized as an ultimate antiaging workout for youthful and radiant facial skin. It is not exactly a trend as of now, but it can significantly tone, tighten and brighten your facial skin. While you might consider them as just funny faces, but these are quite effective.

      There are several tips for looking younger
      eat a variety of grains, fruits, and vegetables
      Exercise instead of watching TV
      Make use of Sunscreen.
      Stop smoking
      (I read these and why they work from Nendra face plan website )

      I'm 79 and am thrilled to have discovered Danielle and face yoga. I already do chair yoga and I've been a lacto-Vegetarian for 53 years so I'm in pretty good shape. Looking forward to looking better doing these exercises Thank you, Danielle.

    You are my idol, Danielle!!!! This is amazing. I'm 63 yo and I can definitely FEEL and SEE what's happening to myself. I do have a question. Beginning on 2:02, I'm not quite understanding the pushing up of the chin. Can you explain what is happening to the muscles during that exercise; am I supposed to push up AND in? Thanks so much! You are most definitely a guru!

      It gives a firmer jaw and neckline.You can use a bouncy ball or sponge,under the jaw for squeezing exercises.I let my kids get me in a headlock,for this very exercise..

    I liked the pressure point one. I know moms sometime do that for babies I think to prevent them from vomiting or something of the sort. anyhow that one I'll keep, but the rest is tiring.

    It's been working for me. I think you need to give it some time. You can't expect instant botox like results in one day.

    Secret O lips "technique" :), by using a fraction of your brain you can add fingers to your both cheeks and make your cheeks muscles work even harder while saying O.

    it says its a 20 min workout but the video is 5 mins. How many reps should be done for each exercise?
