Perfect. Heated, vibrating seats, no road noise, and level 3 autonomous diving. I can see long naps, on long road trips in the future... Beyond the 500 mile range, the most impressive thing is, while sitting in the interior of a futuristic, top of the line luxury vehicle, you're accelerating like a top fuel dragster!!! If it were at all possible, and the stars aligned properly, THIS would be the ev for me... Hands down...

The exterior is very polarizing. The interior is a 1000 times better than a Model S plaid. Remains to be seen if they can scale production in a meaningful way and actually have a long term future. We will see.

Luxury car owners generally don’t like too much noise, it’s muted engine noise even in Lexus and Mercedes top-end models. But I’m kinda with you, if the sound is done right, it’s way cooler to have the “warp speed” feeling with motor noise.

Great specs especially a range of over 500 miles. I have my doubts at the moment if they can ramp up production, I bought a Lucid Air Grand Touring and was delivered to Millbrae 4-weeks ago, they told me it would be in qa for a few days, I paid for the car 4-weeks ago. The car has yet to work properly they told me they changed the computer and all cameras and they can't get the car to pass all tests. If they can't get 4 cars a day to work properly this can't bode well for them scaling up, I hope they can, I have yet to receive my car. To say they are bad at communication is being very kind. They have promised to deliver me the car 2 times now with times and dates and have canceled each time. I have several Tesla great cars, but they are the king of terrible service, especially communication. If Lucid fails this will not be good for the ev world, they raised a ton of money and are burning it like it's no big deal. At this rate, they will burn the 5.4 billion in cash they have in a year's time. I hope they get the stuff together and make this work but it is not looking good.

The challenge of any new car maker is scaling and maintaining profitability. Whether people like Tesla or not, right now it is the only pure EV manufacturer who can do both. Looks like Rivian and Lucid may have better vehicles, but the jury is still out to see if they can actually be successful.
@@baddriversofthenorcalarea500 well I wouldn’t call $90K hyper expensive. this is large luxury sedan and Lucid is targeting high income or net worth customers. $90K is not that bad compare to the Mercedes EQS and Model S, which are both basically $100K+. Compares to ICE like Mercedes S class, Audi A8 and BMW 7 series, it is similar.
I haul these cars I can tell you they are completely worth the money they put a lot of thought In 2 luxury it compares with very top end Mercedes Benz BMW's

there should be atleast 2 battery in the front trunk which should provide +200 km . and thoose battery should suitable every electrical cars so that when you finished your own battery and extra 2 battery and you can exchange someone's full battery . extra 2 batterry should be fit all kind of electrical cars so you can give someone empty battery and you can get the extra 2 battery from who has a full extra battery till you find somewhere to find carge your car and or give back their full battery .and if you want you can online transfer them 200 km + 50 km free charge , because they has gaved you their extra battery. just an idea :D

BEST EV Interior outside of MB EQS. But the exterior of this blows the EQS away.

Apart from the nice dashboard and exterior design, there is nothing premium or great in the interior unlike those Chinese premium EV.
Almost like a Cadillac, im not sure if i like that. But unique nonetheless. Good start, room to improve if they want to compete.
