Definitely interesting. This sort of wireless setup would ordrinarily require a massive cage and rigging per unit. Even if this is something that requires more time to mature to be truly reliable at the level streaming requires, it's still exciting (and shout out to M4/3 format, where I have all of my money invested lol)

It’s best to have a dedicated router for the camera for less problems if possible but if it drops you more then likely will lose the signal

Try getting a sound card v8 or so. I'm saying this because of your budget.

For that price, you can get better cameras (with better sensors). Idea is nice, but for that price, you can get something better.

@@kevinldaniel honestly, for the absolute price probably not. For the value, you can rig out a Sony APC camera with better image and stream quality

I'm really having a hard time seeing the functionality of these. The pricing alone makes this a "NO" for many Churches when you start weighing alternative options. So in order to do NDI you need a subscription (additional fee) and it's solely reliant on wireless...which is the only appeal. But it's quickly surpassed by the fact that Wi-Fi is inconsistent at best, especially with weather systems in your immediate area. The moment you plug that thing into any HDMI cable, you would have been better off getting the Blackmagic Micro Studio G2.
All that said, great review of the cameras man.

What alternatives would you recommend? I ask because it seems like most of the quality options I have found are at least $1k+. We currently use a Lumix G7 (got it for $600 a few years ago), but with the appropriate lens, (using a sigma 56mm) we are still at $1000. I need a second cam so what would you do?
