Sir for someone who is unable to bend and touch toes in padangusthsana and Padahastasana what is a variation you would suggest.Should I bend my knee an try to touch toes or should I try to keep my back straight but not be able to touch my toes in that case where should I aim to place my hands.Thank you

In this situation, please slightly bend your knees and bend forward but make sure your spine is lengthened and keep breathing.
