    I haven't done yoga in like 3-4 years so getting back into it was super hard for me, but this video was relaxing, informative and very helpful. I felt like I was in an actual class and I felt like I was able to actually listen to my body. Please make more videos especially with more yoga for PCOS!

      Hi, you can certainly do these daily but it is always better to have variety in your practice and compliment this routine with other practices as well.

      Hi Teesha, It is important to have diversity in our fitness routine or yoga practice. You can do this class twice a week and support it with other activities or yoga classes.

      Hi Chavi, that's no problem, for now you can substitute with locust pose and you can also explore Camel Pose.
