Thank u.. I'm going to encourage mum to do it . She just retired and is now starting to go for walks everyday.she is doing under 1km everyday. But it's a good start for her.. I will suggest her the easiest versions to get her strength up. She said even the walks are already helping her feel good...

This is great and simple to follow advice. Highly appreciate your writing the books and then taking the time to make these videos. Thank you, wish more doctors could lead by your example and contribute to all of us being healthier!

Nice approach however I would suggest to have the chair against a wall when doing push ups, as this might prevent injuries by sudden forward slide of the chair.

I’m fit but I seen things that are failing abit. So this year yoga, stretching, sitting better at the desk, so many things from him. Need to change bad habits

Dr Chatterhjee, thank you, these are fabulous and encouraging. Be sure to add that the knee needs to stay in line with the ankle and not ever go forward of the knee. That helps to prevent knee pain and injury. :)

I love your content but had to critic this one. Very easy to the dips incorrectly and cause/aggravate shoulder issues. There are better options for beginners. I would have liked to see you provide the basic safety guidelines for squats and lunges (knee should not pass toes). Also your push-up form was good but most people do wrong and again cause shoulder problems - basic guidance on form should be provided - elbows stay tight to sides, body flat with bum down, contract upper back muscles.

    👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I started by doing 3 sets of 20 seconds of plank, then 2 sets of 30 seconds until I could stay in plank position for 1 minute. Now I'm up to 1 min 30 seconds! It felt silly to only do 20 seconds at a time to start, but that's what I could do - and then I slowly added more time as I got stronger. Start where you are and build strength. 🙏🏽💪🏽😃

First, I'm reading Feel better in 5. I dip in and out. I find it very helpful. I am writing a guide to avoid and free young men from addiction. Id like to cite your book for some ideas if that's OK? I'm not a writer and expect it'll only be shared amongst family and friends but a life goal of mine.
