This makes me think of a cyberpunk version of We Happy Few (the constant "be happy" theme, the dystopian implications, etc.)
Beneath a steel sky is one of the greatest games of all time. A true masterpiece.

It was okay. If you liked that one though, you need to check out "Technobabylon" and "Shardlight." Both post-apocalyptic point-n-click adventure games made in the last decade
I remember learning the word "viaduct" when I was a kid from BaSS lol.... the Amiga version came with a little comic...then the CD32 came WITH FULL VOICE ACTING (at the time it was a big deal).
There were so many adventures/quests at that time. I completed a lot of them. Beneath though I got stuck early and didnt play anymore

This seems odd. It's just getting released on Apple arcade out of the blue but with no release date for other platforms?
This is extra confusing as you have release Windows and Linux system requirements on your own homepage, on the game listing site but the Apple requirements are TBD.
So it is released but requirements are undecided but only for the platform it is released early on and not the others.
Yeah, kind of gives it away that it's just a miss in updating but while you're at it fixing that could we have a release date for the PC versions?
If it's done and released there should not be enough work left to not have a good idea of the PC release date.

From what I understand it will arrive in July for steam, one month waiting it's still good news, if that's true that is. Ghost of Tsushima and this "perfect". :)

There’s been plenty of great mobile games, though..
It looks like Bladerunner meets Borderlands, I wonder if the terrible voice acting is intentional for comedy relief like a B movie.

Apple just played themselves.
Looks dated. I liked Beneath A Steel Sky a lot, but this translation to 3D, does not work for me. The art direction is not really succeeding.
This looks nothing like Beneath a Steel Sky, hard pass.
But that game is 25 years old, it would be odd if it looked the same.
The humour, atmosphere and characters seem just the same
