    No words for you sir m not surprised infact m shocked my body weight is 102 before 3 months and i follow your muscular 8 program sir and see now my weight is 86 i loose 16 kg thanku very very much sir and guys trust me guru mann sir program really awesome jaisa ki vo bolte hai unki diet and workout ko proper follow krna hai aur aapko 110% results milenge trust me god bless you sir thanku very much again...

    Sir mujhe 9 mahine ho gaye hai gym me excersise karte karte,per abhi tak ye samjh nahi aaya ki 1 week me kitne din gym jaana chahiye aur ek din me kitni excersise karni chahiye aur kis rotine se karni chahiye kya plz aap mujhe ek scedule bata sakte hai

    @health and fitness guru maan ji all exercises in dis particular schedule are very effective.I have never seen such a good pump in my shoulder and the Pain in the morning was screaming that exercises are really effective.

    No doubt this program is very effective and gives faster result... But after this workouts n post cardio muscle gets stiffer .. so please upload stretching programs after different muscle workout..

    my shoulder is injured from 2 years i cant keep stress on my left shoulder for long .. with weight or without ir my shoulder gives up very fast what should i do for this ??? tried physiotherapy but not much difference ..

    Hello Guru. I am in 6th week of muscular 8 and i have been feeling pain in my left shoulder. I think its the rotator calf trouble. I am thinking barbell behind the neck upright row excercise is putting strain on rotator calf. I have done research online on how to do it properly and i have improved my form(since 3rd week)too but still shoulder hurts. What do you say? Should i do military press instead.

      Bro am also following this program I think your apply heavy weights on Y shoulder presses that's why its hurts you in your shoulder actually its an injury so please avoid doing doing exercise of shoulder for at least one month its will recover Automatically thanks

    Dear Guru Mann in case some one decides to do cardio exclusive in the mornings after these exercises in the evening , is it advisable . Like every day morning half hour cardio . Any extra meal for that ?

    Guruman ji I can't thank you enough for showing another great workout routine for the shoulders I just finished doing ur shoulder workout and my shoulders never felt this way before it's been Couple of hours already and I still feel the burn on my front rear and side deltoid thanx again and keep on posting new and innovative ways to working out kudos!

    Hi sir. My height is 5'4 and my weight is around 154lb and I'm 18 years old. As my height is not enough and I am still looking for some more inches to add in my height.       Chander Pal time depend on our nutrition & genes. I suggests at least 3 to 4 days gap between.
