- THE SPLAT BOMB WEAPONS ARE HERE AAAAAAAAAAAA
Even without knowing if we're getting anything else this season excluding the weapons/1 map/big big run, and future Splatfests, this season just feels like it wants to move Splatoon 3 in a fun, healthy, and variety-filled direction.
It feels like it's future-proofing the game so people will always have fun options to try and plenty of weapon combinations to run with friends. I want to share that vision with you. The game continues to get better, and wWE are here to witness it!

Vic people don’t like some of the new weapons (mainly decavitator and wellstring) because they’re broken. I haven’t even played them and I feel like I’ll be hated for playing them.

Dude there’s so many good kits to look forward to. New bow, new splatana, (both with 2 kits at the SAME TIME), crb, new edit with crab, new bamboo with fizzy chump, etc. I don’t even know which one to try first anymore
I plan on 4 staring as many weapons as I can before Splatoon 4. If I can get half of the weapons to 4 stars I’ll be more than happy. Currently on 23
the bow died so the rest of the kits can live, so wholesome 😇

this season is SO good with the kits that it kinda makes me sad that my main weapon got storm.... at least we have a lot of new fun options

Edit Nouveau should have been blue. So many other weapons had tbe Red/Blue color scheme.

I dont remember the last time ive been super excited for a new season. Makes me wish the season will get here faster lmao.
Honestly I don't have a problem with zooka, maybe a frame data nerf would make it more reactable, but with how things stand now it's just three lethal shots with not that fast projectile speed and a loud audio queue to accompany each, and if you were close enough for those shots to connect sooner than the average human reaction time then you were already out of position in the first place (assuming you are a backline which is the most common target of a zooka)

1:13 you forgot s3 hydra, ballpoint and both s2 and s3 mini
Burst bomb and fizzy bomb are not considered lethal bombs, and autobomb is a location tool. Just because they have bomb in the name doesnt make them a 'bomb' by competitive splatoon standards. The only lethal (one-shot) bombs in this game are splat and suction.

@@TM-45. But it doesn't work as a bomb. There are very few instances in competitive play where an autobomb actually does damage. It's primary use is to scout areas as a location tool (like torpedo or point sensor).

Plus auto and especialy fizzy serve the same area denial and huge burst damage potential as the more powerfull bombs.
Saying lethal bomb for 1shot bombs is wrong to begin with, lethal means "can kill" and the only "bombs" (explosive projectiles) that cant kill are point sensor and mist.
But who doesn't consider auto and torp as bombs to begin with? Curling is more understandable but is still a bomb and can sometimes be used like the normal ones.
This season makes me wish so hard that we had this quality of maps and kits earlier, it's so sad that they're finally starting to put paintable walls and actual kits in the game when the content is ending
Yeah, its unfortunate! But alas, at least the game will be good going into the future. Those of us who keep playing wont be left with a game that feels limited to play :)

Why can't we have squiffer with kraken and bomb? It would do well and be both casually and competitively viable. I am happy for them custom blaster getting kraken, but what about us chargers?
