      Wow congrats on your baby Vickie!!! I am so glad you're already seeing your abs. I'm sure you're tracking, but this video is NOT diastasis recti friendly and doing it at just 10 wks pp puts you at significant risk for your abs further separating while the linea alba connective tissues are still compromised and healing. Mountain climbers specifically are one of the most dangerous exercises for Diastais Recti, or further compromising postpartum abs. Again-- sure you are tracking all of this, but wanted to make sure you are aware in case you didn't know. : )

    I'm embarrassingly bad at cardio. Its what I need to work on the most but hate the most. I feel like I'm gonna barf. Hahaha this kicked my butt.

    “Dripping in sweat.” YES! 🙌🏻 I gave it my all and I am dripping. Those foot fires or fast feet at the end was a great challenge! I’ll be using this one as an add on to other workouts when I need just a little extra buttkicking. 😉

    So I’m about 4 mo pp with twins & had a csection. I’m cleared for workouts again by my doc, but I have Diastasis Recti. What is a good fat burning workout (trying to loose the baby weight) without making it worse? I do your 8 minute workouts for legs bc that’s all the time I have.

      sharmiladevi divakar I totally recommend her 12 week postpartum plan. It helped get me back into shape. I loved it.

    Hit cardio that u can actually speak while u do it BS hit cardio means going harder than last time ,this hit is good for a granny maybe
