    So as a runner who already runs but does nothing else how often would you recommend doing this workout , i would be a beginner to this sort of thing .

    This workout is amazing! I absolutely love it and will be doing it again. I just did the 8 Minute Plan booty 2x and this was a smoker. Any recommendations for those of us who have a difficult time with the jumping lunges? I'm working my way back into being able to do this after a knee crush injury. Thanks!

    Hi Ashley. Because school and our outdoor track season has been cancelled due to the Corona virus, Deering girls outdoor track is posting workouts on our new website. We have speed workouts, strength and conditioning workouts, and a nutrition page. The girls asked for some glute specific training and in his research, Coach Olson came upon your video.     I'm trying to Lean my bulky legs I do sprints but nothing gets the inner thigh bit,what stench training can I do to tone not bulk?

    Hi I am very fit I do allot of hiit cardio and sprints but I can't run on the treadmill doing a slow jog for more than 3minutes???😟
