    I am a swimming instructor all ages and now I have a client who is 8 month pregnant. After watching these helpful videos it clears and amplified my ideas without risks to the future mom during her swimming workouts. Spinal, legs and abs exercises in the water are fantastic and enjoyable for them. Thanks for the explanation as well.

    I love how I am working out with you as my belly grows! I will definitely do the post pregnancy 12 week workout! question, other than dumbbells, will I need any other equipment for this pre natal workout or the post pregnancy? I'd rather invest sooner than later in any necessary equipment to follow the plan.

    Love your stretching workouts and would love to start ramping up my cardio again. Week 9 of pregnancy but been struggling with a lot of nausea off and on most days and some vomiting. Makes it really hard to get back into my exercise routines. Do you have any recommendations for 1st trim when hard cardio workouts might be too much? Hoping to get into more of your workouts come 2nd trim.

      Hannah, to be honest, you should just skip cardio when you are struggling with nausea. I say this as a very active woman who loves exercise. Have zero guilt and just skip cardio or harder strength training when you don't feel well. Instead, do my stretching routines for now and wait til you feel better. Once you feel energized again in 2nd trimester really try to follow my prenatal program and you will be set up for success www.glowbodypt.com/prenatalworkouts

    Great workout. Is it ok to do planks and obliques in first trimester without risking diastasis recti?

    Loving your videos Ashley! Your energy and positivity is exactly what I need! I was curious why your prenatal workout guide starts at 8 weeks? Is it safe to do it from 6 weeks? Thanks so much!

      I think she does it because its closer to a “safe zone” some woman experience slight complications or are higher risks for miscarriages in the first 8 weeks. But i think by all means she always states if your OB gives you the OK then do so 👍🏽

    Your videos are great! I'm 25 weeks and wish I had found your workouts sooner. The ones I had been doing were too low impact and I've already lost a good amount of muscle tone. I was nervous to push it too but now I recognize I can do more than I thought. Hopefully I can get some strength back by following your workouts for the remainder of my pregnancy. :)

    I'm curious about the planks and abdominal workouts. I've always thought during pregnancy you shouldn't workout abs. Are these abdominal workouts (planks specifically) ok during pregnancy?

      Great to know. Thank you. How about hip twists? Plank position, down on feet and forearm hip up, and twisting the hips side to side.

    I have a couple questions about your suggested calendar for prenatal workouts. When you say walk 20 min. out and try to get back home in 38:30 what does this mean? Also, I see you stop the plan at 32 weeks. Is it recommended to not workout for the last 2 months of pregnancy?

    Hi, I’m in the first trimester for baby #3. Question about planks...I still have some DR (depth more than horz gap) from baby #2. Will doing planks cause any negative difference for DR for this pregnancy? Is there anything I can do to avoid or minimize DR this time around?

    I have a (probably dumb) question: when you say 10 lb dumbbells, do you mean 10 lb each or 5 lb each so 10 total? Thanks!

    Is this workout safe during the third trimester? I've been doing both this one and the hardcore prenatal cardio videos daily but now that I'm in the third trimester, I am wondering if I can still continue this one since it only says 1st and 2nd trimester.

      Glow Body PT is it safe to start and follow your program if I wasn't working out before I got pregnant? I am starting this pregnancy 5 pounds heavier than my last pregnancy, in which I gained 36 pounds. I really want to keep my weight gain closer to 20 pounds this time around.

    This is my first pregnancy and I'm 18 weeks right now and last time I work out was a year ago. Would it be ok to try this or am I too late to workout? Also how many times a day do I do this and how many times a week?

    I know this video was from a while ago but figured I still ask a question! What if your stomach cones while doing front plank? Should i be avoiding exercises that cause the coning? Second baby here and so happy I found your videos!!!

    I noticed that your exercise videos are roughly between 8-15 min. Should I do the videos a couple times or is one video a day enough to stay healthy and fit?

      +Glow Body PT I was wondering this too! I haven't been working out prior and just started up for the last three weeks. I usually do one of your videos and then an easy one from other trainers. I have done two of yours in a row and man was I sweating.

    Is it safe to start working out mid-pregnancy? I'm currently 20 weeks & 3 days. I played basketball and I definitely miss excercising? How often should I workout and should I do a different workout each day? I don't know where to begin or how to continue working out.
