I'm a new subscriber and I'm so glad I found your channel. Because I really do appreciate your fast effective and easy to do exercises because I'm 60 but still in very good shape and I've had problems with my knees but your exercises are wonderful. Firstly I wanted to say you are amazing and inspirational 🤩 I always trust your workouts which are safe and you get great results. Are these glute exercises diastasis safe ? or Or if not could you recommend some that are ? I managed to heal my diastasis recti from a 3-4 finger gap to a nearly 1 finger gap but I am so annoyed with myself, I pushed myself too hard after and ended up opening my gap to a 2 finger gap by probably moving on to glutes and other more intense workouts 😩 which weren’t safe, I’d appreciate any advice x

I respond to as many comments as I can because I care about this community and women's progress so much. This video is 4 years old when I was new to youtube. Maybe check you my newer videos before criticizing on someone who makes a massive amount of free content to bless women free of charge.
This is my first time on this channel. I'm already thin but the fat seems to only go to my thighs, hips & butt. So I tried this work out this morning and literally sweated up a storm from 16 mins (did another video) I lost 1lbs from the legs. Here for the toning more than anything & to lose the excess fat from my thighs & tone the "booty". Thank God for you!!
Completed the 21 day challenge! The first few days were the hardest but I feel myself becoming stronger and fitter. I won't say I lost a lot of weight, but I feel that my body feels leaner than when I first started. The most important thing for me is that the exercises, while hard, were doable. So that made me persist through for 21 days :)

I'm 49, maintainin 59 lb weight loss over 3yr period and now building muscle... I love the burn on this work out. I really feel the lift in the building at the top of my glutes. What would you recommend to build size? The baby left me a little flatter back there than I like.
Is this safe for weak pelvic floor and prolapse?
Hi Victoria, This wouldn't be a good idea for you. You should really consider doing the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan FIRST so you can improve your weak pelvic floor and prolapse symptoms before doing anything else -- no matter how far postpartum you are. www.glowbodypt.com/12-week-post-pregnancy-plan-2

I just finished this as I started trying out the 8 min workout plan…. However is this okay to do if I’m unsure if I gave DR? I tried to check but I’m having a hard time finding a deep gap bu I do have a pooch.
