Dr Bri you are wonderful. I’m 66 with prolapse, uterine & cystocell and have had a ring pessary for the past six years. After damage to vaginal wall caused by the pessary it’s been removed due to ulceration. Having discussed hysterectomy with my gynae team I decided to try some different exercise than kegals. After two days my prolapse virtually disappeared, only coming down briefly when opening my bowel. Now two weeks later I’m almost used to relaxing when exercising and also when resting. My prolapse rarely rears it’s ugly head, bowel works better and I don’t need to run to the bathroom in the morning. Your exercises have changed my life and I’m so so grateful to you. I’m now ordering your Lady Bits book. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🧡 UK

Hi. I'm wondering if this exercise routine would help, or aggravate adhesions? I've been through 3 c-sections and a hysterectomy and have adhesions all over, it feels like. I'm looking for something that won't cause more pain. I keep trying different pilates videos but it seems that they irritate instead of helping.

This workout is **pelvic floor aware** meaning that specific cues are given for breathing and technique. This keeps the workout "pelvic floor friendly" for people with all sorts of pelvic floor issues. That being said, I can't guarantee that it will be appropriate for your needs. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT and will tolerate exercises differently. Listen to your body and stop or modify if anything feels uncomfortable for your particular core/pelvic floor needs. Talk to your local pelvic floor physical therapist for individualized medical advice!

Can we do the can and cows exercise in uterine prolapse or the full exercise in uterine prolapse

Everyone is different! For some people with uterine prolapse, cat and cow feels very comfortable and safe. For others, it will aggravate symptoms. Try it (slowly and gently) and see how it feels in your body.

Yes! I am grateful for the wisdom of India's healing traditions! Kapalbhati is such a gorgeous practice. I find it to be very helpful for activating the deep core muscles + stimulating digestion. Thanks for joining me in this workout!

What if you have scoliosis? There are a few stretches that would irritate my curve. Do you have a pelvic floor exercise for people with lumbar scoliosis.
