- Grandma Taught me this recipe! No bakery, No yeast! Using only flour and water! 4 simple Ingredients! Extremely easy and delicious
*Ingredients
1. Dough
300g (2 cups) All-purpose flour/Plain flour
120g (1/2 cup) Boiling water
70g (5 tbsp.) Cold Water
2. Oil flour batter
10g (1 tbsp.) All-purpose flour/Plain flour
30g (2 tbsp.) Cooking oil
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
Cooking tips.
1. if you do not have boiling water, you can use cold water
2. the dough needs to relax for more than 1 hour, you can put the dough in the refrigerator overnight and do it the next morning
3. you can wrap the dough in plastic and freeze it. When eating, take it out and fry it

I made these and it taste so good. I let the dough sit over night and I got up in the morning and finished it off. I will be making this more often as store bread finishes so quick.
