Would love to submit mine! My curtains and builder basic light fixtures will provide a laugh, but I legit need help finding a coffee table that looks good.
Agree 100%! I’m not even into interior decorating that much, but Arvin’s personality and laugh keep me coming back. I even now feel guilty about having “boob lights” in my house. Lol
Just popping that large chandelier over the huge curvy couch changed the look of the whole room…I even don’t mind the large painting now! Good job Arvin…
With that big Chandelier, there's no need for that bug art piece over the window. I think the art work all Hang a big high is to match the height of the art piece on top of the window....big mistake.
i love Arvin's tips but can we just stop and talk about Andrew's edits?? without his edits, we could not imagine Arvin's suggestions for the rooms! good job!!
In the last room, the art above the doors would be perfect over the console, and the other larger art needs to be moved down a bit to eye level. I so agree with adding a statement chandelier! I wouldn't have thought of it, and it MADE the space!
One of your absolute best videos ever! So helpful and informative, positive, not too mean or petty, and of course, humorous. Some viewers probably would love to see more mean as long as it was directed at someone else and not themselves, so don't listen to them. Thank you for keeping it real.

You did a good job of “roasting.” I did laugh when you suggested moving the big antique piece to another room in the NYC apartment because there probably isn’t another room. I live in nyc and you can’t imagine how small the apartments are unless you are a multi-billionaire. My guess is she has no coffee table in the living room because it doubles as a bedroom with a pull out sofa or Murphy bed . It really is a pain moving furniture every night for your Murphy bed or pull out sofa. It is easier to have less furniture.
Love this concept Arvin! Please do more of it. Everything you said was on point! And constructive criticism doesn’t need to be mean, it was entertaining and light fun!

Love it! Such good ideas!! The only thing, I would have told Brandy to move that lucite console over to the right wall and angle that cute armoire. Much Love, Sally Sue 🤔😇💖
First, love that vase, LOVE that blazer! First house--It's hard to tell the dimensions from the photo, but I think she should rotate the sectional with one end of the sofa next to the wall. Then she'd have room for some other things, like the red chair, the ottoman, and maybe even a coffee table. I like to arrange LVR furniture so it creates an enclosed space, like a room within a room, separate from the entry. It feels like she has everything up against the wall to make room for walking through it. (That short wall in the path of the door doesn't help.) Totally agree with your carpet comments. Fourth house--One of those huge paintings should go above the low console. It seems the view through the glass doors is enough visuals for that wall.
This NEEDS to be a regular series!! It was fun, but also very helpful and informative!

The gold chairs to STAY!
