    Every way excellent video. I am 61 yr. Woman and have osteeo arthritis from 4-5 yrs ,I became hope less after trying many knee exercises which gave me increased pain.
    But after following you , not only relief in pain but restored my faith on yoga!
    You are a gem of teachers!
