knee pain -Pain in or around the knee that may indicate a condition affecting the knee joint itself or the soft tissue around the knee.
Common causes of this symptom
Knee pain can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease. Examples include heavy physical activity, lack of use, injuries such as sprains or strains, sitting in a constrained area or sitting on knees for a prolonged period.
In this video i have shared some simple exercises to strengthen your muscles around your knee. If you have knee pain that means your muscels are week and we need to work on it.

Aap ka samjaneka tarika bahot achha hain.aapne sujav ki baat ki hain to ek sujav hain.standing position me ki jane wali exercise me ek leg aap chair me back rest par rakhana kahate ho to saath me dusari char ka Sahara ya wall ka sahara leneka bhi kahiye.kyonki bahot se log khade hokar aisa nahi kar sakate.Gir jane ki sambhavana rahati hain.I am senior citizen that is why I suggest you this tip.
