    Heel Elevated Barbell Back Squat - 4 sets of 10-12 reps
    Barbell Front Squat - 4 sets of 10-12 reps
    Narrow Stance Leg Press - 4 sets of 10-12 reps
    Dumbbell Step-Up - 4 sets of 10-12 reps
    Leg Extension - 2 sets of 15 reps - Triple drop set

    I bought my squat wedges on Amazon they worked out very well.They also have tread on top so you don't slip off them 😊👍

      Hi Jose, It's not so important when trying to gain weight the frequency of eating, but it's all about the amount you are eating. You want to be in a calorie surplus so you are able to gain healthy weight if trying to bulk. Getting in more healthy fats, complex carbohydrates, and lean protein will be the best approach to doing this 💪

    Hello I was using your top 4 biceps exercises workout video. And I was wondering if it’s ok to use a straight bar instead of an ez curl bar. Will I still get the same results? Thanks.

    you don't need to wait 60 seconds, that's a complete lie. you can wait 5 minutes and the results will be the same, if not better. the more you do the better, not the quicker.
