Hi Jose, It's not so important when trying to gain weight the frequency of eating, but it's all about the amount you are eating. You want to be in a calorie surplus so you are able to gain healthy weight if trying to bulk. Getting in more healthy fats, complex carbohydrates, and lean protein will be the best approach to doing this 💪 -Adam W.

you don't need to wait 60 seconds, that's a complete lie. you can wait 5 minutes and the results will be the same, if not better. the more you do the better, not the quicker.
