I've always had high stress, anxiety, depression, and immediate family members who refuse to admit I have bipolar, even with solid psychiatric documentation. I stay away from them as much as possible. So it goes like this: Bipolar depression/high stress & very high anxiety/ etc. If you have to step away from them, then do it.
Is it bad that when im angry at who knows what i punch myself in the head i take a hot bath or eat junk foods and i hardly sleep. At school i have been pulled out if class 4-5 times now due to anxiety attacks,1-2 times for seizures and once for nausea . Also is putting ice on your wrists until it melts do anything to you thats bad because i use it often

My Anxiety has caused me an eating disorder. Every time I eat I wanna throw it up and I’m usually not into things like sweets. It’s uncomfortable because I’m usually starving but don’t want anything. This causes me to never eat until mid day after throwing up most of the food I ate for dinner

This can be from things that make you happy, or sleep. I usually find that I’m stressed over stupid things, unless it’s a test I didn’t study for. Parents would never understand why you didn’t study for the test or get a bad grade, which is fucking annoying- anyways. remember that me, a random person maybe miles and miles away from you, is struggling to. But then you are in this situation and suddenly your mind switches to five years old and you can't shut up your inner hurt child or whatever they say... ok, maybe I don't do the practice about reprogramming your mindset regularly. I struggle with social anxiety, but only if it's about university or work. I don't want to make mistakes in front of others which is really dumb... ego problems
A habitual liar will be quickest to call you out for lying, even if you're not lying. A habitual thief will be quickest to accuse you of theft, again, right or wrong. A practical joker will be constantly sure that you're orchestrating a plot against him, whether you are or not. The truth is, people can really only judge themselves. IF you pay attention, they do that to themselves all the time, and in truth (if anyone WAS really honest) it has nothing to do with you. Most people don't judge you, because they're too concerned with their own bullshit. They really don't care. ;o)

This is also a snapshot of what I recently dealt with. If wounds from childhood ie. types of people and habits are not considered and revamped, the same cycle will repeat itself. This did follow me after high school. I am in a better place now that I've worked to release old cycles of thought and healed.

I also think that bottling up your emotions is also a cause , because your keeping all that negativity Inside expecting it to melt away. And its even worse when you been bottling up your emotions for years and you just cant stop because of how easy it is to bottle up your emotions.

My anxiety always gets worse when socializing becomes more expected. Like when I have a class that I'm able to talk more in. I want to talk but I can't. Like right now I have a choir class where everyone is so nice and talkative, and I really want to talk but I always convince myself that they'll just think I'm weird, so my anxiety has reached the point where I feel it every day. Most of this was me growing up! What's upsetting the most is that it carried over through my adult life, sabotaged many relationships, etc. Wasn't until the last two years that I needed to get rid of dead weight, and I did this through therapy! It's just so scary how the simplest expectation I think about is making me panic and just hide away, I can't say I'm not confident it's just that the expectation and the result of denying things to people is making me fucking struggle. Family isn't helping either, social norms is like a big thing for them and all my insecurities are always brought up by them not in a good way but in a harsh approach and they'll say it's helping me. I hate my face so much because of them and can't stand to see my face as a whole, school and friends feels much more like home than my home and some of my family now. It's toxic and I can't help but think to get on with life to get out of this hell hole.
I know like 80% of my anxiety comes from overthinking, the other percent is due to losing my father , this virus 🦠 and sometimes my future! But thank god I’ve realized what this feeling was that I was feeling so grateful because when I first experienced it I felt very weird and just unsure. 2020 was a year of understanding myself more and taking better care of myself overall. Thank God for therapy, meditation, anything that’s healthy & gets you through, we got this 💪🏽💜

I don’t really care what people think of me but for someone reason when I’m walking down the school hallway I get anxious and feel like everyone’s staring at me. ahhhh toxic parents is the keeey to my anxiety. I moved back at the beginning of quarantine and while there are definitely bonuses to being back in my hometown, living with my parents is definitely making my mental health suffer
I have like two things about anxiety I feel like all of my friends and the people I consider friends secretly hate me and the other one if I always feel scared like something bad is gonna happen later in the day but the reasons 1,2, 4,5,6 I all have
I feel very stressed about work and school... I'm having an upcoming visit from one of my teachers while working. I'm not feeling prepared at all and feel like I know nothing although I'm at the end of the traineeship... There are more things i would have to do while having anxious thoughts about the visit. There are a lot of thoughts combined what is still left to do and really no motivation to do anything because i feel so overwhelmed... I don’t know if what i am experiencing anxiety or what it could be because i don’t have a fast heart beat but i do have this weird stomach feeling and find myself feeling uncomfortable and sometimes too emotional. For example, when I am working i sometimes feel like running out the store because i feel like something is wrong. I experienced something similar in 2020 but i thought I was over it; i am honestly tired of living this way because i know nothing is going to happen to me but it’s so hard to get out of that mindset.
I find myself worrying about the future a lot. My mindfulness practice has definitely helped :)

Most of this was me growing up! What's upsetting the most is that it carried over through my adult life, sabotaged many relationships, etc. Wasn't until the last two years that I needed to get rid of dead weight, and I did this through therapy! Now that I've gone through many changes in the last year, I'm still worried about the future quite a bit.

It's just so scary how the simplest expectation I think about is making me panic and just hide away, I can't say I'm not confident it's just that the expectation and the result of denying things to people is making me fucking struggle. Family isn't helping either, social norms is like a big thing for them and all my insecurities are always brought up by them not in a good way but in a harsh approach and they'll say it's helping me. I hate my face so much because of them and can't stand to see my face as a whole, school and friends feels much more like home than my home and some of my family now. It's toxic and I can't help but think to get on with life to get out of this hell hole.

I know like 80% of my anxiety comes from overthinking, the other percent is due to losing my father , this virus 🦠 and sometimes my future! But thank god I’ve realized what this feeling was that I was feeling so grateful because when I first experienced it I felt very weird and just unsure. 2020 was a year of understanding myself more and taking better care of myself overall. Thank God for therapy, meditation, anything that’s healthy & gets you through, we got this 💪🏽💜

I don’t really care what people think of me but for someone reason when I’m walking down the school hallway I get anxious and feel like everyone’s staring at me. I know that they aren’t but I still get really anxious. And it’s only at school too maybe it’s because I’ve known all of these people for years.
I'm not anxious. I'm at a stage where everything seems slowed down. I don't worry anymore. Because I know exactly what to expect.

It's not fun, I feel it so much. I'm a hypochondriac, I worry about lots of things. But here we are, each day alive. I want you to calm down and think of what's causing your anxiousness. Be calm and just know you're not alone. It may feel horrible, like you're scared of going crazy, or something's wrong with your health. Just know you're not alone, you will get through this.

ahhhh toxic parents is the keeey to my anxiety. I moved back at the beginning of quarantine and while there are definitely bonuses to being back in my hometown, living with my parents is definitely making my mental health suffer

I feel very stressed about work and school...
I'm having an upcoming visit from one of my teachers while working. I'm not feeling prepared at all and feel like I know nothing although I'm at the end of the traineeship...
There are more things i would have to do while having anxious thoughts about the visit. There are a lot of thoughts combined what is still left to do and really no motivation to do anything because i feel so overwhelmed...
And i still have no idea how to sort things out or where to start....

I don’t know if what i am experiencing anxiety or what it could be because i don’t have a fast heart beat but i do have this weird stomach feeling and find myself feeling uncomfortable and sometimes too emotional. For example, when I am working i sometimes feel like running out the store because i feel like something is wrong. I experienced something similar in 2020 but i thought I was over it; i am honestly tired of living this way because i know nothing is going to happen to me but it’s so hard to get out of that mindset.
The physical symptoms of anxiety are the worst. I have multiple points on this list especially family. I hate it
I just found myself relating to ALL 8 reasons :)
