    Even for these challenge workouts, I'd really love some sort of warm up, even one minute or something. I get up before 6am to workout before the kids start waking up and it's hard to just jump right into the moves. Love your workouts though, you are challenging me and getting me consistent!

      I get that! I do have 5 minute warmups and mobility on my playlists, but will consider incorporating warmups in the future ❤

    Hlo dear lauren,i'm 3 months postpartum after a c section with diastasis recti. I have a large belly that makes me look 9 months pregnant . Could you help me where to start exercises from your playlist? Want to focus on strengthen my core , lose mummy pouch . Thanks.!

      I have a Postpartum Ab Program on my “playlists” that will be perfect for you-it starts out very gentle and then advances as you get stronger. It’s 12 weeks and designed to heal your diastasis recti and strengthen your core. Hope this helps! ❤️

      You can modify on your knees or do a standing push-up with hands against a wall❤
