So what's the conclusion? The current indicates intensity of xrays and what about the detection of lattice n structure in the detector? where's the detector?

Bragg's spectrometer helps in determining the interpalnar distance 'd' which in turn can be used to determine crystal structure. The ionisation chamber is the detector.
