Hey man, got a question for ya. I just found out that fry screams use the actual normal vocal folds, but I also know it’s possible to add modal voice to a fry scream. How is this possible? Is the fry distortion a product of the super high air pressure of the closed folds, while the fundamental is from the vibration of the folds themselves? Thank you!
dude can you find another way to teach fry, khoomei, or sygyt vocals? those are the only vocal styles im missing. i know almost every other, but those goddamn ones always elude me.

But shouldn't the larynx be neutral while screaming? Is lowering the larynx not going to damage the throat?
