LOVE this style of workout and instructions. Thanks for the option of basic equipment, which I have in my home gym when I can't make it to public gyms. Glutes are one of my favorite body part to work on. Excellent execution on the one legged stretch and pull. More videos like this with other body parts PLEASE!

Really liked the workout footage how you explained everything and said your sets and reps and weights etc
This is going to sound silly but for months I have been literally dragging a bench all the way across the gym over to the only open wall space so I could do my hip thrusts and then dragging it all the way back when I am done. I have no idea why I didn't think to use the end of the bench press bench to do them!!! Love your workout vids and I always get something helpful out of them!

It would be really helpful to organize your workout video in a way that I can hit play, go through an entire superset, then replay two more times for a full workout. I think it would help to do the workout with you and minimize having to stop the video. Thank you!
