- Trying all the new equipment at the Glute Lab, I feel like a kid in a candy store.
Glute Workout Details:
- Hip thrust machine 3x20
- Reverse Hack squat 3x12
- Glute kickback 3x15
- Seated hamstring curl 3x12
- Leaning back abductions superset with forward-leaning hip abduction pulses 3x15 each

My favorite new machine from glutebuilder was definitely the hip thrust Smith machine-looking thing. It was super smooth and allowed me to get a full range of motion while really isolating my glutes. The pad is the most comfortable pad I have ever tried for hip thrusts, and I did not have any pain or discomfort throughout the movement. It was amazing.
