One can have an income if unemployment . Pension, disability payment, child support, retirement counts as income. It says income not salary. On the USCIS site all mentioned above listed as qualified sources of income. Some pension are higher than a working person salary. It's like saying a retired police officer pension is not qualified as income. It's an income but not an annual salary from employment.

My sponsor income is not sufficient to cover from the point of view of poverty gide line level,we are four(Husband,wife and two childern )family get DV lottery,shall we fill other I-134 format besides our sponsor or just add other person tax compliance to fill the gap who is volunteer and attach with the first our sponsor,thanks for your kindly response.

Hi Verified, my host sponsored someone last year(2023). Now we are in the fiscal year for 2024 and he is sponsoring me. The question asking "have you previously submitted the form for another beneficiary other than the one he is currently filling" should he indicate a yes or a no? These are different years.

Only a consular officer can do that at the time of your visa interview. My interview is scheduled on the 3rd of August 2023z Sir as per the requirements I have to give a sponsor details at the interview. I have been trying all ways to find one and the person who wanted me to sponsor is now not answering the calls or responding to my messages. Sponsor in the sense I Do not expect any financial assistance or support… nor will not be depending on them when I reach there only want their residential details to show that they are residing in US. The best option is to let them send you. Tell the sponsor that they need a hard copy. Because you also have to sign the document.

Keep the new address, on the the of interview then you tell the consular officer to change it for you.
