The two areas that say to "sign in ink" are confusing. If you can fill the form out online, then why can't you fill those areas out online? This means the whole form has to be printed out just for those two signatures. So it's pointless to fill the form out online because you have to print the form out for those two signatures. After the wedding, we lived together in my city for a month to spend time together, without her officially moving. When I returned to the USA, she went back to her current address where she lives with her mother. On form I-130, it asks, "Where did you and your spouse last live together?" I indicated my city, stating that we lived together from November 5, 2023, to December 5, 2023 However, in form I-130A, it asks for my spouse's addresses for the past 5 years. Quick Question I am sure this applies to many. If you stayed at an Airbnb for 20 days between switching appartments, do you need to put that down as your one of your physical address ?
No. If you receive post mails like bank statement letters or DMV letters at a specific address, then that is your physical address. If you have not registered that Airbnb to recieve post mails, then that is not your physical address.

Thank you for this video and your other videos. I filled out the form for my spouse who speaks english. Do i need to print the form, sign the preparers signature spot in Part 6 and then scan it back into a PDF.
If address does not fit in part 1 , can we write “see part 7”?
Hey on 130A form, do you put an end date for your current employer?
No you can leave it blank
Hello, thank you so much for you videos, help me so much. But I have a question, my spouse lived in the same house since she's born and I moved there too, but we just spent 3 months on a air-bnb for her studies in another country, does she need to specify this 3 months, or just put her date of birth as "Date from" ? Thank you again for your help.
So if the spouse's beneficiary does not need to sign becuase he/she does not reside in the US, should they also leave the date blank? Or put the date they completed the form?
would i need to fill this out if myself the beneficiary is already living in the US?
You are amazing thank you very much ❤
GREAT INFORMACION. YOU ARE A LIFESAVER.
I JUST FINISHED THE I-130A. BUT I CANT SEEM TO SAVE IT RIGHT. WHEN I CHECK TO SEE IF IT WAS SAVED CORRECTLY, IT SHOWS UP EMPTY. CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE ?
you'll need to print it. Then scan it so you can upload it to submit with your I-130. Their PDF is strictly secure so USCIS's I-130A PDF can only be typed in and printed. Not saved.
What should we do if the address doesn't fit with the amount of characters given? Do we add the rest from where we left off in the additional information area?
You can write it in pen after printing or you can use Microsoft edge “Add text” feature
if the addresses for employment are too long to be typed or written by hand do I have to put them complete on the additional information page? or what should I do?
yes! That’s what that space is for. And you can refer to it on the third slot: Item number!
on Part 4 page 3 should I check box 1.a. and 2 if I am filing it out for my spouse? or just box 2 with my name?
Hello Kseniya. I am the beneficiary and I am filing the form myself.
Do I need to stop at the spouse beneficiary statement? And then sign since no one interpreted for me.? It’s tricky
The beneficiary is technically supposed to fill out this form, so no you don't have to write anything in parts 5 & 6. You still must sign the form in part 4.
Question!
I am filling this out and am unsure what address to use. I entered the US as a traveller and am living with my husband. Do I put the address of my husbands house or do I put my address from my last home I was living at in my home country?

Hello if I'm the us citizen daughter petition my parents are they both included in the petition.
I live in the USA, and I went to India to get married. My spouse and I are from the same state, but her house and my uncle's house are in different cities, about 25 minutes apart. After the wedding, we lived together in my city for a month to spend time together, without her officially moving.
When I returned to the USA, she went back to her current address where she lives with her mother. On form I-130, it asks, "Where did you and your spouse last live together?" I indicated my city, stating that we lived together from November 5, 2023, to December 5, 2023
However, in form I-130A, it asks for my spouse's addresses for the past 5 years. I provided her address where she lives with her mother, listing it as her residence from birth to present.
Will this conflict with the information on form 1-130, where I mentioned that we lived together in my city for a month? Technically, she did not officially move; we just stayed there. How do I fill the correct way so I don't get RFE please help. Thank You.
Another great video from you! I only have one question, how do I add even more additional information? I used all the space in part 7, but I got more employment history, how do I add that?

Quick Question I am sure this applies to many. If you stayed at an Airbnb for 20 days between switching appartments, do you need to put that down as your one of your physical address ?
No. If you receive post mails like bank statement letters or DMV letters at a specific address, then that is your physical address. If you have not registered that Airbnb to recieve post mails, then that is not your physical address.
You sign your maiden name in marriage certificate not your spouse’s name. Once it’s signed and you’re legally married, you then can change your last name from maiden to spouse’s. You can also legally changed it on social security card, driver license, passports, etc

Hi there, I have a question about the I-130 and I-130A forms. They are kind of connected. On the I-130, there is a question that asks, “Where did you and your spouse last live together?” I lived with her for only one month, and then I came to the USA while she continued living with her mother. On the I-130A, it asks for her addresses from the past five years. I put the address where she has been living with her mother from birth to the present, but for one month we lived at a different address, at my uncle’s house. How should I fill this out in this situation?

I am confused on the part where it says about outside of the country employment. I have never worked outside. When you go to page 6 why write it on the left side where it has 4a, 4b? Instead of the right side where the number 7a and 7b is. I don’t know if it makes sense.

I realize that you fill all your forms in block capitals, does it have to be filled out that way? or does it matter if we fill it out using upper and lower case letters?

Hello Kseniya, thank you for the in depth guide! I had a quick question. I have never resided in the USA. But have moved about in my home country a lot. Reading the question "Last physical address outside the United States" it makes reference to last address of more than one year. I recently moved again, would I provide my most recent address, which is less than a year. Or my most recent address which I spent more than a year at? Thank you :)
That would be the last address where you lived for more than a year. Let say you now live at a place from March 2023 until present, you have to put down another address where you stayed longer than a year, NOT the current place.
