Thank you for providing clarity on this. I was wondering if I still had to list spouse info even though I’m applying using the 5 year rule.
Thank you for your videos, my question about applying for citizenship through general provisions and using Form I-912 for fee waivers, I should fill out both the N-400 and I-912 forms by hand, then send them via mail. or I can fill them out online, print, sign, and then mail them. Thank you.
Hi, when the joint sponsor fills out the form I-864 does it matter if I mail it ?
Hello dear
Thank you for your videos. My question is I’m filing for N-400 refugee, do I include fee waiver I-912 or just send N-400 by itself with tax returns? Thank you
I’ve my two year green card but I got divorced during the two year of the green card. What steps do i take to continue having my green card exactly?
hello, sorry to bother you~ I have been trying to filled out and submit n400 form for my mom. But I run into some trouble with understanding the form
I-797C, on why I got rejected twice for incomplete physical and/or Mailing address fields. But everything is filled out correctly in my knowledge … is there anything I should know? Thank you so much for your time reading this !
HI Kseniya, i am applying for 5 year rule but i am married to us citizen should i still put my husband name in part 5 number 4a to 5a? or just leave it N/A?
IF YOUR HUSBAND A US CITIZEN THEN YES TO HAVE TO PROVIDE HIS INFO , IF HE IS NOT US CITIZEN THEN NO NEED .
Please tell me what a man should answer in part 9, question numbers 8a and 8b, if he served in the army in his country, in peacetime, where this is mandatory.Thank you!
Hi Kseniya I have a question that might have an answer for.🤞🏾 My daughter who is now 16 got her green card when I received mine. Do I have to fill out a naturalization form for her as well?
-Vanessa
Hi there. Appreciate the video. I have one question, though. In part 5 - question 2: if I am currently widowed, would I put in "no" for question 2, even though I'm not currently married like the question leads with?
Thanks so much.
You can leave the question blank
Do you think they will still ask me about children over 18? in the interview or they will ask me about those i put in the form which are the ones under 18
Hello I’m filling it online do u have video to fill it online? There’s first question came where I selected spouse of U.S. citizens. I just wanna make sure I’m doing right way.
I want to apply the N400 for my dad with the exemption from the english language test. How could I fill the form? Thank you.
Hi kseniya I have a question in part 4 about the residence what date should I put is it when i start living in our address or the date that i became a permanent residence and got my GC here in USA. Thank you
If you don’t choose to change you name? Then what you fill out?
Do you have a video with the supporting documents required in filing N400 ?
I do not because they’re different for applicants depending on their personal situation and eligibility
If u fill this form wrong do u have to pay again?
hello
for the time I spent outside the united states,
I spent 8 months outside in 2020 due to the covid pandemic. Does that reset my time spent in the united states?
Are you applying based on 5 year rule? Then probably yes. You can calculate your eligibility if you file online
WHAT TAX PAPERS DO WE SUBMIT FOR REDUCED FEE??TRANSCRIPT?
They decline my application because I apply 2 years 11 months for spouse of US.
Please don’t apply 90 days early for spouse of Us
THANK YOU FOR THAT INFORMATION.
Hi, child support if my children’s live with me, should I said Yes or is asking if I pay child support?
Is confusing
They live with me and my husband so there is no child support

Thank you for your videos, my question about applying for citizenship through general provisions and using Form I-912 for fee waivers, I should fill out both the N-400 and I-912 forms by hand, then send them via mail. or I can fill them out online, print, sign, and then mail them. If filing a fee waiver, it must be sent together with the application by mail.
@@KseniyaInternational yes l know.my question I should fill both N-400 and I-912 By download them and filling them by hand and signing or I have to fill them online and printing them and signing.pleas I need your reply.Thank you
Hi! My wife is applying for her citizenship/ n400 via general provision or she has been residing in the US for 5 yrs now. She was unable to fill up the form for spousal information whenever she would do the marital status/family section. After clicking the married status it would automatically direct her to the number children’s section. We don’t know why it does that. Please advise.
That’s normal, spousal info is not required for general provision
Thank you so much!
@@KseniyaInternational I am applying for citizenship and in the section for my family it does not ask for information about my wife and when I go to review and submit I see that my wife's information is blank. What can i do?
Hopefully that my question can be answered, I don't have a middle name, and I put N/A to the middle name section, the online N400 automatically make the N/A turn into NA, does it mean I don't have a middle name as NA, right?
Better leave it blank
@@KseniyaInternational Thank you for replying to me, I appreciate it. But I already submitted my case with NA, so I am not sure if I will get trouble of it or not. I tried to contact with the live agent on USCIS, but I/the live agent lost connection all the time, so I can't get the answer from USCIS.
@@hegao8936 let’s hope it won’t be a problem! ☺️
@@KseniyaInternational Thank you so much for your kindness.
I have a question someone asked me to help them fill out these forms for a fee can I accept the fee? I'm not advising them just helping them fill out? I'm in California 🤔
You can
you answered "no" to question 16 in part 9. The question goes like this : " if you received suspended sentence....have you completed your suspended sentence.....?" So, "No" answer, correct?
That was my error! If a question doesn’t apply, leave it blank 😊
@@KseniyaInternationalso we don’t need to put answer on #16
I would like to know if is there an android app to follow up the status of my green application
There are apps available to help track the status of your US immigration case. Lawfully app
@@Usjean1 thank you
Part 5 question number 6 . If the husband has US passport not an Allian what should I put in that box?
If he’s never been an alien you would leave it blank
@KseniyaInternational he had an Alien but he became us citizen on 2010
@@KseniyaInternational ?
I tried to fill out the form but there are some places not allowing me to write in them. Can you please tell me which program did you use to fill out.

What is the trouble? That there is no edit for this place or what??
I am preparing my wife's N-400 and she has to change the name but unfortunately we forgot to change it in marriage cert, will she have the possibility to change it in the interview?

I just want to know, from N-400 page 2 of 14 [social security update] 12a if I give yes and give my social number in 12b will my current social card name and social number change?? I’m asking u because I don’t want to change my social card name and my social number
The number always stays the same
So should I give yes in 12A and give my social number in 12B?

In online form I have only one biological child with U S born husband But in evidence they are asking me “Child and spousal support “ what it means or can I skip it? I’m confused here.
I fill online but in evidence im confused because i dont have kids. I dont know can i skip or no?
You can skip that part
@@KseniyaInternational so it’s not gonna delay my application right?
In family section when I click on my husband is US born still they wants to fill me his A-number? What can I do for it?
@@monikarana1826 I had the same issue and I just skipped it because I have no children
When i put other names i have used since birth, will those old names show up as a public record that anyone can search for and find? I'm trying to hide from a covert narcissist.
follow up questions is puerto rico is out of the state travel?
Technically PR does not count as foreign travel but I’m not 100% and you won’t be penalized for including it on the application
thank you so much
very informative thank you, question for part 6 i have daughter who is 21 years should i include her in part 6 ? she lives with me
The form says under 18 only
@@KseniyaInternational thank you
Hi Kseniya I have a question that might have an answer for.🤞🏾 My daughter who is now 16 got her green card when I received mine. Do I have to fill out a naturalization form for her as well?
-Vanessa
When you become a citizen on the day of your naturalization as long as she’s still under 18, she’ll automatically become a citizen. You’d only need to fill out N-600 at that point
Thank you so much ❤ you are the best.. my entire process I did all by myself just from watching your videos.
