@@didibeingsocial that gaved me a "pattern" to my mind to stick. I was drowning in terror and feeling the mind going crazy; every perception from the senses (a smell, the clock ticking, my eyes moving) felt like a shotgun to the head. It happened during meditation: i was in the process of "let go, let go, let go,..." and feeling so light and peaceful. Then, all of a sudden all the entire terror of the universe took possession of me. It lasted 24 hours, i'm exausted. Love you.
Currently going through this - been to the ED , and I have ringing in my ear, chest pain, tingling on face, nose & toes. And it’s all my ego holding on for dear life as I’ve come to learn that then fuels the anxiety 🫠 thank you for this video 🤍🙏💫💫
I've always been under the impression that there is a difference between a Spiritual Awakening and a Kundalini Awakening, is this right? As far as I am aware, I haven't experienced a Kundalini Awakening although I have at times experienced moments of bliss on the path. I am yet to find my spiritual "tribe" as it were. Can certainly feel very lonely at times. Enjoyed this video very much, again, thank you for your insight.

I agree with Gabriella, this feeling of loneliness is there for me too on this path because it seems that no one I have ever met so far in person can relate to what I have gone through to the extent of 'consciously losing your mind' and having that be the best experience I've ever had. It is a concept that ironically cannot be understand by the mind since it is held within the realm of consciousness, not thought. It has been 3 years since my first 'spiritual' experience, where I realized experimentally that the idea of myself has no reality. Since then, I have re-identified with my personal mental diarrhea and being around friends and family with a 'less than perfect' version of myself I.E (my ego) brings guilt and shame because since I know the truth of human experience, I feel I should be able to offer it to all, all the time. I am wondering if you have any support groups where you can share spiritual experiences and thus feel less alienated from the people who are still completely 'asleep' in their illusive psychological realities.
Thanks for sharing your experience and glad you enjoyed the video. I would suggest the book "After the Ecstasy, The Laundry" by Jack Kornfield, a very deep and helpful book on the topic of how to integrate such lofty experiences into an ordinary human life. In regards to your question - a real-life (where you can actually meet in person) Sangha, or mentorship, is absolutely valuable and I wouldn't be where I am today without the on-going support of my own teachers and other support structures.
I feel an overwhelming anxiety- energy (a very bad bad sensation).. especially in my belly.. I always need to run in order to calm down but it’s exhausting! I can’t work , study, stay with my friends… I have also psychosomatic strong headaches that make me cry for the pain .. it all started 4 years ago after a panic attack, but anxiety started many years ago (I’ m 24 now)… I’ ve tried psychotherapy but it doesn’t work at all!! What should I do??? I need my life back
@@didibeingsocial I just want to leave this place. It’s like I don’t belong to this place and want to go home. Nothing is real! I want to end my simulation! Is there any possibility?
@@saharafradi When I read your comment, I can sense a lot of pain & suffering that is unbearable. The idea of "simulation" is not one that I subscribe to. This is life :)

I had to purge holocaust trauma which was absolutely terrifying. Hope this never happens again. Yes kundalini is what triggered it.
