    Excellent video as always Ben! I don't think my issue is a hip flexor one. Regardless I love learning more about what causes back pain in general so I can help other people someday relieve their pain just as you're doing now!

      Also, for anyone curious about the QL claw it works 100% definitely recommended if you're dealing with back pain in any capacity.
