I love that you included pricing on these models, I don't know why $$ amounts are not mentioned in lots of vloggers videos. I appreciate the info and time put forth in yours.
Hi Carolina, Thanks for watching and commenting! We debated showing the prices or not but I'm glad we did because a lot of people appreciate the fact that we did. Safe Travels! Mike
OOh, I love this! Very comprehensive but concise reviews. What would help me to get a better idea of the general setup of the rv, is a floorplan. Is it possible to include something like a screenshot of a floorplan? Thank you!
First time viewer. I love your style! No annoying background music. No hype. No drama. No monotone. Just a shit ton of information delivered in a calm, relaxed way.
You know why this video is better than others? Because you show the price and the outside before you talk about everything on the inside, and you do a great job of showing everything in the RVs. Great video! Thank you! keep it up👍🏻

You can definitely save money negotiating with a dealership or RV show. A little FYI these prices are possibly 3 years old. Thanks for watching and commenting.

We went with a 2021 Tab 400 BD. No regrets. By far the most appealing aesthetics - feels like a modern condo. I liked the Hummingbird layout but the lack of large windows was a turn off. The tab has three very large windows with retractable screens plus three additional porthole windows - lots of light and delicious air circulation. The Tab 400 layout is also more airy and open than the Airstream models. We’ve also found it is super functional - we haven’t discovered any missing amenities. Finally - the bath is a hybrid wet bath - you don’t shower sitting on your toilet. The sink folds up allowing lots of room. There is a curtain that surrounds the shower area so the walls, storage and toilet stay dry. We use the outdoor shower a lot too. Hope this helps!

I linked to this video from a blog that said these were the top small campers under 2,000 lb. I am simply flabbergasted that these campers are all under 2000 lb! This video is really reignited my dream of owning a camper. Thank you!!
That's very interesting. What blog article were you reading that stated that and this video? All these campers are not under 2,000lbs. In the video we do list the UVW for each camper. As our videos are newer we list the GVWR for each camper. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Thank you! Now that I'm no longer a caregiver to my elderly parents who are together in heaven, I'm thinking of buying a small camper instead of an RV to travel with my dogs. The last 5 years, I haven't been able to to what I love and that's travel. Now it's time to take care of me and enjoy the rest of my life. Your video helped me decide to get a small camper. I love the Barefoot and that's my favorite color scheme!

Right now we have a camper van but have had many pull campers along the way. We enjoy getting away from home and are now into free camping rather than campsites. In any case, it’s good that even small campers have bathrooms because women just need the facilities. Thanks for sharing

Hey #3, the Travel Trailer Hybrid, being on sale for under $18k was a winner. The hybrid feature was definitely cool and gives you options that aren't available on other models. You get a nice bathroom and very decent kitchen area. The pop out dual queen beds made it feel very large. Of course, the price was excellent.

Awesome info. Thank you. We spent many years doing tent camping when our boys were young. We are now Grandparents and a bathroom is a must, so fabulous to see some smaller Campers with a full Loo.
My only regret is not being able to get my parents one of these when they were alive. It would have made their trips to the south so much better and not to mention their day trips to their favorite fishing hole. Hindsight is 20/20.
I adore how much you think of your parents. From Canterbury. U.K. the energy of love, it inspires me.. you have a Big- heart. Makes you a wealthy being. God Bless You-
your welcome. thank- you. I seldom comment, but after losing my mother. I just adore your comment. have a good life. Your comment " struck a nerve " in my heart .X.
I think the Hummingbird was my favorite because of the more substantial bed and bathroom. Thanks for the advice on renting before buying. I didn't think of that. My husband and I are close to retiring and I am done with tent camping. Will probably be choosing a small camper in the next year or so. Thanks for the great video.
Hi Lisa! We are always happy when someone finds a good piece of info they can use that might help them in some way. And renting before you buy could save you a ton of money! Thanks for watching and for the compliment! Mike and Susan
Very fun tour. Thank you. Enjoy seeing all these different rigs. Helps to get past the first look where you might not pay attention to the real nitty gritty such as frame, axle, tires, etc
Thank you! I can be a bit of a slow talker so we really tried to pick up the pace in this video. But Susan deserves all the credit because she does all the editing and somehow makes me watchable...or tolerable at least! Thanks for watching the video and subscribing to our channel!
Hi Barb, I see so many UA-cam videos and they talk so fast and cut from sentence to sentence with no break in between...so I thought maybe I was going too slow. Thanks for that feedback. Mike

I really loved #5, it honestly looks like a whole apartment. My 19m^2 studio didn’t have space for a bathtub, as the space was spared to add a washing machine, but aside from the lack of a washing machine, that trailer is MAGNIFICENT.
RVBlogger Haha, it was a greatly designed studio, albeit with a small shower 😄 These campers are honestly amazing, how they can offer the full luxuries of a standard apartment! Thanks for making this compilation!
Hi Leila, At the show all of the ladies were saying how cute the barefoot is. And it is pretty cool looking! Thanks for watching! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Mike

I really like the Hummingbird. It's my favorite. Thank you for taking the time to show these small campers with baths. I think I would choose this option over doing a van conversion.
Hi Jenna, There are a few choices out there. This was one of the very first videos we ever made and we didn't cover ceiling height. However, we cover ceiling height in many of our newer videos. All that being said, I would say a 5th wheel would be your best bet for max ceiling height! Thanks for watching and commenting! Mike and Susan
GIRL! You're speaking my language. I'm 6ft barefoot and not afraid to wear heels so I've been on the hunt. Check out the R-Pod, Parkliner, and the Safari Condo Alto (eco-friendly and like 6'8" inside height).
Of them all liked the Lance 1575. Wish no bump out. And a larger deep square sink. Love the frig with separate freezer. And I think had a dry bath. For 15' it was terrific.
This was the best review I've seen ! Very comprehensive. Loved the walk throughs , and glad to see a small trailer review with bathrooms finally! One of the most missed luxury of camping I'd say. Great job 👍

CC the quality of the 1st one is unsurpassed , we own one now and there is no stone left unturned as well as the Company NuCamp stands behind their products 100% It is Made by the Amish in Sugar Creek , Ohio, It will last forever, this review was no where thorough for what you get and we have a large fridge In ours, it’s an option! We wouldn’t trade it for the world , and believe me we looked at so many before we purchased this, ! 👍

Hi Rebecca, Well you know the game...price the trailers high then pretend to give you a HUGE discount so you will feel special and buy TODAY! I'm thinking about making a course on how to not get ripped off when buying an RV... What do you think? Would anyone invest $100 to learn how to save thousands on their RV purchase? Thanks for watching! Mike
@@RVBlogger I would, but as I'm Googling around around searching for used campers at least, there are a lot of videos on what to look for in campers and RVs when buying them. I'm not sure I'd pay the $100 for a video course--but then again, if it saved someone $100 it might be worth it to them (I'm not really looking for an RV myself so that's just me).
@@HR-wd6cw Hi Heelix, Thanks for the reply...do you think people would want a course on how to buy an RV and save thousands....? I see people overpay for RVs almost every day!
Seems like an odd way to do it. As a non RV owner, I take one look at those prices and just nope right out of their entire product line as something that's way too expensive. Amusingly enough I'm looking hard at camper vans, so maybe this just isn't my market. Good video though :)

This is about trailers. I have a 2002 Rialta, built by Winnebago on a VW Eurovan chassis, It has a bathroom, with a shower, and well as an external shower. I have traveled all over the US in it, and it's great. 22 feet long, and able to park in a normal size parking space. 17 miles to the gallon. Has a generator for boondocking. I love it, and it's easier than towing a trailer.
That sounds awesome! Thanks for watching and commenting! Mike and Susan By the way, have you subscribed to our UA-cam channel yet? If not we sure hope you will click below and subscribe! Thanks! goto.rvblogger.com/UA-camChannel?sub_confirmation=1

I own a 2012 StarCraft AR-15 hy-bred. All of the advantages you talk about except for the gingerbread are there. I see the same floor design on a lot of these small towables. A couple of drawbacks I see is when the weather is cold, with the rear tent down you loose a lot of heat. Plus if you are in a campground with the tent down there can be noise issues. We love the convenience of the small unit. Easy to hook and go, easy to stow at home. Our units biggest drawback is small holding tanks. Best of all I tow with a GMC V8 suv; better than a pickup comfort wise, costs less to buy (used) and plenty of heated lockable storage. I blew a tire last year and no panic! The StarCraft stuck behind me like a hunting dog! Never stomp on your brakes if you blow a tire, keep calm
Hi Thomas, I love the advice about not stomping the brakes if you have a blow out while towing a travel trailer. Thanks for watching the video and for your comment. Mike
Hi Martin, Hey thanks for the kind words! I'm looking forward to releasing another review video! I think our next one is about Class C RVs under 25' with Murphy beds... Thanks for watching! Mike
The Tab is the best built of all of them and has the Aldi heat system with central AC. You can buy a Tab 400 for 24500 at Pete’s RV in Indiana. The cabinets in the Tab are all hand built and they also have a single piece roof with Asdale composite exterior panels that are water resistant. The entire frame is aluminum the second best on that list is the Lance but they don’t discount much and like airstream it’s hard to find a deal.
Subscribed & liked. I’m retired and am looking to buy a RV for longer trips (2-3 weeks.) More I research, more options I find. I appreciate your recommendation of renting a few before buying one. Thanks!
Thanks for showing small campers with bathrooms! It's a must for us!!! We just need a small camper and I never thought you could rent one before you buy!! Excellent idea! :)
I like the Jayco Jay Feather best, as we could use one of the Fold outs to sleep, and the other for storing things like our laundry basket (duffle bag), and expensive outdoor stuff that we don't want to wake up and find it's been borrowed.
I watched several rv videos with this same kind of refrigerator/freezer. Both doors open whatever direction you want, there arent any hinges to move. When in kitchen you open it to swing out to the right. If you are in bed you can swing it open to the left. Its called a Dometic RMD10. I love the new tech out there!

Thanks for the walkthrough. I like the 13' KZ Classic, small and basic. Reasonably priced. Although the Airstream Basecamp looks amazing, the price is just ridiculous.
Nice video to outline smaller units with bathroom. Since they are smaller units it would also be helpful to include dry weight especially because this is an important spec when people search "smaller units". Thank you for offering MSRP, that's another very important detail

There is definitely a way to put a toilet and shower in a 10' camper that sleeps 4. Has a 6'2" ceiling height and is 84" from ground to top outside and will fit in a garage. A modified/custom QEK Junior. With a dining for 4. Been working on this design for 6 months, will get started in the summer. Under 1500 lbs

Seeing the prices of these 'tiny' trailers, I decided to build my own. My first attempt, using whatever I could get free [ find ] and buying the electrical items, it cost me $387.00. External bathroom, a curtain on outside with external shower/buck-oilet and I can count my $39, 613 dollars! Got tv, dvd, lighting, storage, 12v and 120 v outlets, fan, and solar charging system.
Hi cratedog64, I just saw Bob from CheapRVLiving show off the trailer he built out. It was pretty cool and he saved a bundle. It's not for everyone though. He's a hardcore cheap RVer. Some folks want nicer finishes and not to have to do all that work themselves. His video made me think about building one myself too! Thanks for watching and for your comment. Mike
Hi Lainey, Here is a link the the CheapRVLiving page that has a bunch of trailer conversion videos. ua-cam.com/users/results?search_query=cheap+rv+living+cargo+trailer Good luck! Mike
Really like the KZ camper for $11,000. Perfect for my needs (just need the basics for when I'm out at national parks, and the full bathroom (versus a web bath) is a definite plus for a trailer that only costs $11,000.
Hi Heelix, People really seem to like the KZ and at least twp people have purchased one after watching our video. Thanks for watching and for your comment! Mike and Susan
Hi Randy's Adventures! Thanks for watching and subscribing to our channel! The Little Guy Max is a great camper! In, fact, Kerri and Russ from the Roads we Roam have a Little Guy Max and they made a funny comment that I didn't include it! Next time we do a small camper video it will be in the lineup! I promise! LOL!
3 'wetbath' washroom issues I noted with the 2 Airstreams: In the Base Camp model, that roll of toilet paper will get soaked! In the second one, the washroom door that opens outward into the main part of the camper wil likely drip all over the floor of the main area, when anyone exits after a shower, unless you keep a towel handy for towel-drying the DOOR itself, before exiting that 'wetbath' washroom. And, with that door opening outward, I don't imagine many people ever leave the washroom door ajar and taking up previous living space... So it's not hard to imagine that KEEPING it closed by default could contribute to faster/easier mold and mildew development in there!
We're not big fans of wet baths either. But I know some people with fiberglass like Casita and don't mind them at all. Thanks for watch and commenting!
First time viewer here. Give me my coffee & hot shower and I can handle anything. I was once in a rural area of Italy and the people there were surprised to see this 'spoiled' American happily chop wood and haul jerry cans of water up three flights up so I could have my morning coffee & hot shower. I once went 8 days without power after a hurricane. I barely noticed because I had my coffee & hot shower :-)
Thanks for watching the video and subscribing to our channel! We debated about including the prices but I'm glad we did because we have had several people say they are glad we included the prices.
Thanks for showing us the bathrooms. This was helpful. It would be nice if you also gave the weight of the campers. Many of us have an “SUV-wannabe” and still want to camp - NOT in a tent. For us rookies out here… what’s the diff between wet and dry baths? Thanks, Debi
Hey Nurse Debi, We appreciate the love and support! This is one of our earlier videos, enough people recommended that we include the weights so we started to! A dry bath is what you'd typically expect to see in a home. It has a completely separate shower, sink and toilet, and only the shower is intended to get wet. On the other hand, a wet bath is a combined toilet and shower and the entire space is designed to get wet. Thanks for watching and commenting! ❤ Mike and Susan By the way, we hope you will subscribe to our FREE monthly digital/video magazine called RV Camping Magazine. Let us know how you like it! rvblogger.com/rv-camping-magazine/
You and your photographer do an amazing job! A bathtub is absolutely necessary for us, sink in bathroom, as is the 3 burner stove with oven. Length up to 18 feet to accommodate ‘in driveway’ parking during off season. Just letting you know.❤️. The Barefoot’s colours and styling are sooo adorable! The Airstream was very smart to incorporate maximum storage space into every square inch of space, after all, we pay for every square inch and we want to use it!
Thanks and that's awesome! If we can provide a little inspiration and some ideas through our videos that's awesome! Are you renovating a van currently?
My son just left on first wknd in his van he got free-he converted it to a camper van with solar water heater for outside shower and its got fridge/stove/tv and full bed-but has porta potty which he probly won't use. He has an access ladder on back door and velcro shower curtain-he designed the on door sink w/underneath water storage and pull out storage bins under bed accessible from outside for tools etc. Then he has a tarp awning with poles/stakes to sit outside. Very handy and even put in a wood floor!
Hi Seeking Truth, My daughter is looking for a van to convert right now! That is awesome that your son did all of that. It takes a lot of research and dedication! Thanks for your comment! Mike

Nice tour of the small campers! We're in an HC1 13ft and love it - there is a toilet option with an outdoor added shower option too (we opted for not because we prefer out solar travel shower and already have a portable loo). I also loved the Nest and NuCamp :-) Lovely tour of small tows. Looking forward to seeing more!
😍 I adore that Airstream Basecamp kitchen setup, but (as usual with Airstreams) the price hurts. What a stinkin' cute little thing! The Airstreams and the Barefoot would be good weekend trailers, but I can see someone using the Hummingbird and the others for longer stays.

OOh, I love this! Very comprehensive but concise reviews. What would help me to get a better idea of the general setup of the rv, is a floorplan. Is it possible to include something like a screenshot of a floorplan? Thank you!
On the fridge door swing I agree. I saw this neat rv fridge that could swing in either direction, that makes it easy!

@@RVBlogger 7:37 Liz classic is 11k did you show what they wanted at the show?
Me too !
It was interesting that the Jayco Hummingbird had an MSRP of $28K but the label on the table showed $16K...
At the 2:20 mark, the Jayco Hummingbird 17RK had MSRP of $28,5k and a Dealer buy now of $16,5k. Now that's a nice savings.
You can definitely save money negotiating with a dealership or RV show. A little FYI these prices are possibly 3 years old. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Hi Caleb,
Thanks very much! I appreciate that!
And - thanks for watching the video!

Also, the front dinette can also be converted to a sofa or a bed. The bed can sleep a 6 ft person comfortably.

I'd really love a video on small campers, like these, for tall people. My husband is 6'6"... is there any camper than he can stand in?
Hi Jenna,
There are a few choices out there. This was one of the very first videos we ever made and we didn't cover ceiling height. However, we cover ceiling height in many of our newer videos. All that being said, I would say a 5th wheel would be your best bet for max ceiling height!

Check out the Meerkat. It has a ceiling that can be raised to 6ft 5 inches.

@@RVBlogger I would, but as I'm Googling around around searching for used campers at least, there are a lot of videos on what to look for in campers and RVs when buying them.
Hi Thomas,
I love the advice about not stomping the brakes if you have a blow out while towing a travel trailer.
Thanks for watching the video and for your comment.

I could build my own for 1/2 that.
The second one look way better than the 1st one

I watched several rv videos with this same kind of refrigerator/freezer. Both doors open whatever direction you want, there arent any hinges to move. When in kitchen you open it to swing out to the right. If you are in bed you can swing it open to the left. Its called a Dometic RMD10. I love the new tech out there!
Don't forget Alta Safari Condo. It's small, light-weighted, and the pop-up feature gives you a spectacular view.

Hi cratedog64,
I just saw Bob from CheapRVLiving show off the trailer he built out. It was pretty cool and he saved a bundle. It's not for everyone though. He's a hardcore cheap RVer. Some folks want nicer finishes and not to have to do all that work themselves.

LOL the Little Guy Max is taking over!
RVBlogger 🤣😁👍
3 'wetbath' washroom issues I noted with the 2 Airstreams:
In the Base Camp model, that roll of toilet paper will get soaked!
😂 I completely agree!!!! Thank you for watching and commenting.
Great video! Love the info with every rv. Especially the price!
Thanks for watching the video and subscribing to our channel! We debated about including the prices but I'm glad we did because we have had several people say they are glad we included the prices.
Thanks Bob - we have gotten a lot of feedback that folks are happy we included the price! We will continue to do that!
Thank you for this very detailed review of these different campers
Hi Diana!
We had a lot of fun shooting the video and doing the reviews!
Thanks for watching and subscribing!

Thanks for showing us the bathrooms. This was helpful.
It would be nice if you also gave the weight of the campers. Many of us have an “SUV-wannabe” and still want to camp - NOT in a tent.
For us rookies out here… what’s the diff between wet and dry baths?
Thanks,
Debi
Hey Nurse Debi,
We appreciate the love and support!

Hi Lee
Thanks very much!

Oooh that airstream is lovely
Airstream is a classic. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Hi Elizabeth,
The photographer is Susan!!! Glad you like our work!!!

Hi Mike & Susan. Thank you for this video! I like the small, light trailers & perhaps shall buy one. You show me some that I had not seen before.
Hi Michael,

Great walkthroughs!! Also gives us Van people ideas for renovations!
Hi Seeking Truth,
My daughter is looking for a van to convert right now! That is awesome that your son did all of that. It takes a lot of research and dedication!
Thanks for your comment!

@@RVBlogger Thanks Mike and Susan, you too!
😍
I adore that Airstream Basecamp kitchen setup, but (as usual with Airstreams) the price hurts.
What a stinkin' cute little thing! The Airstreams and the Barefoot would be good weekend trailers, but I can see someone using the Hummingbird and the others for longer stays.
Hey luvondarox,
Great points!! :)
