So many traditional recipes call for Honey! This is the same thickness of real honey to be a 1:1 swap for any recipe!
How to store… I keep mine in the pantry! If u put it in the fridge it will get hard just like honey would.
Ingredients
1 cup boiling water
1 1/2 cup allulose
1 tsp lemaon juice
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
2 tsp Honey extract more or less up to your taste
Simmer/boil for 20-25 minutes
look for amber color
Gluten free Low carb & Sugar free

@@michelleheinz1854 there is a trick with the maple syrup recipe because if u follow this recipe for honey and use maple extract you won’t be able to pour it out of a bottle

Your biscuit recipe has literally changed my life. I have been on a low carb or keto diet for decades because of my type two diabetes. I have never found a bread substitute that was as good as or better than the original until I made your biscuits. I allow myself to have one every day and feel like I am eating a decadent treat from McDonald’s or Hardee’s. Now I will be able to have them with honey. Thank you SO much!

Time to show us some Keto Buttermilk Biscuits and Honey! As a fan request I'd like to see you do more full keto meals, like for instance not just the keto pastas but doing the full keto spaghetti & meatballs or the full keto lasagna. Stuff like Keto general tso chicken with the keto rice, keto beef wellington, and even the keto Popeyes chicken sandwich with keto mac n cheese side. I hope those can be considered. I know full meals would take a lot more prep and edit planning and we may have to wait a while. You really do an awesome job teaching us!!!

Thank you for all you do! It was a bit too thick when it reached the "right" glorious golden color, so I added 1/4 cup of water. I also added a 3rd tsp of flavoring and a bit of salt for my own personal tastes :)

I made the corn syrup today and didn’t simmer it on a high enough simmer (25 minutes) cause it’s fairly thin so I’ll cook it more tomorrow.

I was literally searching for honey flavorings on Amazon last night to turn your Keto Corn Syrup into honey. Stop reading my mind! (Just kidding. Please keep on doing what you do! Maybe you could try to make honey candy, like Bit 'O Honey!
So if you add a small amount of molasses instead of honey extract or use your brown sugar mix you would get golden syrup? Hmmm. Will it harden if you keep cooking it to make toffee? Or muesli? So many things to try. Thanks for this Victoria.

New subscriber a little late to the discussion but I'd like to let you know a more natural and inexpensive way to get many honey flavors. For most of the growing season in North America there are wildflowers that we think of as weeds from which we can do the bees' job of gathering nectar. All it takes is gathering petals from dandelions, clover blossoms, or goldenrod and steeping them overnight. The strained tea water is then used to make the funny honey. Its a great option if you aren't squeamish about dealing with some insects, though I do find myself shrieking a few times.

Hi Victoria, I made the Honey, and it was so good I missed it in my tea, what concerns me is Allulose has 9 carbs per teaspoon. I feel so disappointed, because I hate having to give up my tea and honey. :(
When calculating net carbs, allulose is subtracted from total carbohydrates because it is not metabolized and therefore causes no increase in blood glucose or blood insulin levels (International Food Information)

I just found your site. Just made the honey. After 30 minutes turned up to a boil. Took another 30 but it did get there. Would like to make your flour but that egg white Now hard to get and other to pricey for me.
I just realized I used 1.5 cups water. That why took so long.

I love your flour mixture. It has changed so many lives. I have encountered a problem that I’m hoping you might shed some light on. I use the Allrecipes app frequently. I had half a can of pumpkin leftover and went looking to find some way to use it up. I wanted something sweet. I tried a recipe called “Paul’s Pumpkin Bars.” I did everything the recipe called for by 1/2, due to the half can of pumpkin. Anyway, of course I used your perfected keto flour. It looked beautiful coming out of the oven. However, after I frosted it and then cut into it, I was kind of shocked. It wasn’t cake-like at all. It held its shape, but it was overly moist and sort of wet. I am 65 and have been doing dirty keto since October 2020. I had pretty much given up on keto baking until I ran across you some months ago. I quickly purchased all the ingredients for your perfected keto flour and have enjoyed almost everything. This is the first “What the…?” Can you perhaps give me some insight on what might have happened? I love to cook and had begun to feel brave again about baking due to your keto flour. Now I feel a little gun shy again. 😬 With keto baking, it’s so expensive when it bombs. 😄
Awe I’m sorry. So I cannot guarantee all recipes except the ones I make personally and share. Now my first thought was egg. When a recipe calls for say 1 egg however when splitting a recipe you still use the hole egg now that will make it too moist. And pumpkin is VERY MOIST. 1 tbs more than the recipe calls for will cause a problem in moisture. Also with baking with my flour it’s 105 carbs per cup with my perfected keto flour so u need to weigh the flour not use cups. That will change things as well. I understand the frustration I’m there just about every day in baking and creating new flours.

last week she made a cotton candy ice cream. she mixed two different flavor extracts to make the cotton candy flavor. you could use honey extract instead

Yes you boiled it too long I’m sorry. Just like sugar, allulose gets hard the longer it’s under heat and how hot the heat it

You could try cooking her keto condensed milk longer and see if it turns into caramel.
