Lmaoo let ur dog out😂😂😂
By the time a smoker has cancer. That dosen't mean it hasn't all so put them at higher risk for other things as well
Even tho its worse theres no way of knowing. If it will really kill them that much sooner. Like someone could start smoking at age 10. And it could still kill them around the same age over 50 or 60

lol. The first time I actually focused on what the person said, rather than be distracted by the dog. I had to watch a second time to look at the dog. Thank you for pointing it out. I’m a huge lover of dogs. ❤
I smoked for 25 years.
Went in for surgery last month, A week before, I kept telling myself that after this surgery, Im going to quit smoking, and I dont want to smoke anymore.
I came home, and a cigarette just made my stomach turn. Took about 10 days after the surgery, and I had completely given up tobacco.
Its been 2 weeks now, after 25 years and numerous attempts I've given up tobacco
Well done you. It's never too late. You can only start to feel better with more energy and more importantly, more breath 🫁🚭

The dog in the background asking for his cigarette back lmfao!!
I was smoking a cigarette, inhaled it the wrong way into my throat and absolutely gagged on how bad it tasted. Saw this video shortly after and crushed my packet just after. I don't want to smoke again. Wish me luck.
I haven't smoked in 2 months its not easy
@@skullreaper8115 I've tried quitting and I've made it to 2 weeks before, never thought I'd quit long term but I think we can do it. Wish you all the best brother.
@@eraldocoil2511 did you succeed at all?
Let’s list some cigarette facts:
1. They aren’t biodegradable so everything they contain gets released into water systems when they are dumped.
2. They contain tar which is literally the same stuff used to make roads. This coats your lungs leading permanently decreased respiration rates making you cough more and have less energy. This also scars your throat restricting it making you more vulnerable to infection.
3. They contain nicotine which is highly addictive, a stimulant, and is toxic
4. They contain enough polonium to make smokers have the highest radiation dose of any profession including nuclear plant workers and astronauts. Andover a year is greater than spending a week in Chernobyl.
5. Unlike being a nuclear plant worker or astronaut where you could get irradiated (exposed to ionising radiation) over time, for smokers they are ingesting the polonium so become contaminated (in contact with a source of ionising radiation). This means they themselves will become radioactive which will last long last their deaths (chain smokers produce an easily detectable radioactive decay signature.) and the more you smoke the more of the source you ingest and the more radioactive you get.
6. All of this could lead to respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, cardiopulmonary diseases, almost every type of cancer, infertility, heavily increased risk of miscarriage, premature death, learning disabilities and mental health disorders in children. (Even if it was only one of the parents smoking), depression and so on.
Now for some statistics:
8 different studies saw an average increased suicide rate of 90% with 4 of the studies suggesting a 95% increase.
Another study suggested that an average 30-year-old smoker could expect to live another 30 years, while an average non smoker could expect to live for another 53 years
good luck, but inhaling it the wrong way once definitely not going to make you quit on fact you are probably back at it right now
This is from Fault in Our Stars. One of those quotes that always stuck with me
The dog is me trying not to relapse
I miss smoking
@@skullreaper8115then smoke. Just don't overdo it
no go buy another one.
Tobacco use was just a by product to smoke weed now im addicted to both. For me smoking at least at face value brings me the most pleasure in life more than most things tbh i only smoke it cause i enjoy smoking weed tbh it feels like the thing I enjoy most that’s within my power and over the years it’s remained. No idea how I’d even tackle stopping and now if I don’t have weed I’ll chain smoke roll ups till I get more. Did a few/ couple days without weed last week… couldn’t sleep, negative self talk, worries about my mown mortality and that of my people I love and honestly my past just eats away at me when given the time to think on the people I’ve lost, feeling like it’s too late for me at 32 currently. Missed opportunities… maybe over share but curious if anything speaks to anybody or if anybody would like to reach out… all the best everybody on their own journeys

@@DanielMillerClarke I don’t have an experience with weed as never took to it but I was an alcoholic for 10 years, living in a tent by myself in the Forrest for over a year, homeless in every dindgy horrible hole in the UK. I’m now 3 and a half years sober. I tried to quit drinking several times over the years and had seizures, body felt like it was shutting down and almost died a couple times in the process. Anxiety was debilating in the first couple weeks/months of getting sober, couldn’t even speak to family I’d known for years even a simple hello, how are you seemed impossible, still hasn’t fully recovered, developed the weirdest phobias of things like motorways, trains, bridges, planes but for the most part my life’s improved immeasurably. I have my own home with a mortgage. I work in financial services. I have a great standard of living. After so many years isolated, alone in friendships, alone in relationships, I’ve never really learnt to recover from that as it was just something that I got used to and accepted and now I feel like it’s too late in life to make anymore friends so I live a very isolated life, I work from home, I leave to go to the supermarket and to hike the hills around my house and other than that I don’t go anywhere else. I’m working on improving this however it can seem almost impossible at times. I’ve not smoked in 7 days, first couple days were rough but nothing in comparison to detoxing from alcohol so it wasn’t so bad. The mental addiction seems worse than the physical. But yeah, anything’s doable, just need the right motivations for doing it, if you have a strong mental you can survive any pain and suffering, you might not be completely 100% at the end of it but it’s a lot better in my opinion to be 80% than living a miserable existence, not sure if you can take anything from this but I wish you the best. Now we’ve both over shared.
@@DanielMillerClarke final note, it’s never too late. I lost everyone, including family to alcohol for years and when I say everyone I do mean EVERYONE and everything. I had NOTHING but the clothes on my back. I’ve had countless friends die, I’ve had friends that have died from suicide, I’ve had friends that have died from drug overdoses, I’ve had friends that have been stabbed in the neck, I’ve had friends that have died from drinking … and I do mean friends. Not just aquintances. But the point is. We’re all here for a reason on this earth, you have a limited amount of years on this planet, you’re 32 not 92, it’s not too late at all. You can always build your life back up into anything you want and I’m not saying this how teachers in school tell you that you can be anything you want to be and it sounds patronising, I’m being genuinely sincere. My life has changed 1000 fold in a couple short years) imagine what you can do in 10,15,20,30,35 years. Best just getting to it. What’s the worst that will happen?
@@DanielMillerClarkeDaniel, I can help you.

don’t worry it’s just a fault in our stars quote, dog is clear star of this video, usually he has genuine good advice tho
It's COPD that I'm worried about.
Not worried about cancer.
Already know that there is a problem, that will lead to COPD.
Technically 32 years old, 2-3 packs a day is COPD.
I like this video because I know I need to quit.
Thank you.
Most people can actually ignite the flame then inhale the smoke
Been cigarette free for 7 minutes 💪🏻
When you flicked the cigarette at the end I'm sure the dog would have fetched it

10 reason to quit smoking
1. Smoking causes lung cancer: Smoking is one of the leading causes of lung cancer. According to the American Cancer Society, smoking causes about 80% of lung cancer deaths.
2. Smoking causes heart disease: Smoking is a major cause of heart disease. People who smoke are two to four times more likely to develop heart disease than non-smokers.
3. Smoking is expensive: Smoking is an expensive habit. The cost of cigarettes can add up quickly, and the health problems caused by smoking can be even more expensive.
4. Smoking causes respiratory problems: Smoking can cause respiratory problems, including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. These conditions can make it difficult to breathe and can significantly decrease quality of life.
5. Smoking is bad for your skin: Smoking can cause premature aging and wrinkles. It can also lead to a dull, uneven complexion and dark circles under the eyes.
6. Secondhand smoke is dangerous: Secondhand smoke is dangerous for non-smokers. It can cause lung cancer, heart disease, and other health problems.
7. Smoking is addictive: Nicotine is a highly addictive substance found in cigarettes. It can be difficult to quit smoking once you become addicted.
8. Smoking causes bad breath and stained teeth: Smoking can cause bad breath and stained teeth, which can be embarrassing and socially isolating.
9. Smoking is linked to infertility and pregnancy complications: Smoking can cause infertility in both men and women. It can also increase the risk of pregnancy complications, including premature birth, low birth weight, and stillbirth.
10. Smoking is bad for the environment: Cigarettes are a major source of litter and can harm wildlife. The production of cigarettes also contributes to deforestation and air pollution
