Under rated ? Alan Parsons have worked with Pink Floyd, Beatles and been engineer for some of their albums. Like Atom Heart Mother and Dark side of the moon. So hardly under rated. Not so known for the wide public perhaps.. but in music circles he is well known both as a mucisian and producer. Also Eric Wolfson created some magic when together with Parsons. The best albums are from the time they worked together as the "Alan Parsons Project"

What a discovery. Michael Jordan, the GOAT, it was as if he could read his opponent’s minds on the basketball court😆!!! The mere fact that it is still used during almost every sporting event , basketball games, etc...truly shows it has stood the test of TIME. We are listening some of the last alive generations. It is very rare to see now in 2021 bands with this quality of sound and production. In a world where everything rules over the money, it's rare to find a band with this quality playing alive, with same or even better sound than the studio version. Sadly, we are now renewing musicians in the same time as we are losing them.
May we keep passing this to new generations, so they may know how good music truly is!

If you were into the Beatles and Pink Floyd in the '70s, it's quite hard to have missed the Alan Parsons Project. Alan Parsons famously worked as an engineer on Abbey Road and The Dark Side of the Moon amongst other famous LP of the era. That all depends on where you grew up I guess and whether local radio stations played Alan Parsons work on the air. In Lebanon in the '70s where I grew up, The Alan Parsons Project was a staple on the airwaves along with Floyd, Elton John, Bowie, Electric Light Orchestra, Zeppelin, Beatles, etc...

All the stars and the Moon and the Sun were aligned perfectly and how lucky this audience was to be there and experience this concert. You can feel the electricity and energy and Magic just watching the video. Can you imagine the chills up your spine being one of those lucky concert goers. Just look at the tribute his singer gives him at 4:53 with hands on his heart and then with raised fists to tribute Alan. He knows this is special. I know this is special and you know this is special. Now listen and have this song in your head for the next three days and if this song is connected to a lost love then for the rest of your life.

People who lived in the 80s, you have no idea how much I envy you for having such good music in your time. Current music these days is just trash.

I am 65 you got it. 50 60 70 80. We had the best music. Heaps from freedom. Real music. The world is completely nuts on everything.

His music? Do you know he had Eric Woolfson as songwriter and a huge team of musicians? He didn't do everything by himself and he was mainly the producer.
