oh wow he was young then, hardly believed that was his voice at times. But he went on to fully evolve his sound. a great artist, one of my favorites.
Sooo gut.
He sounds like Van Morrison, the best blue-eyed soul singer ever. But i do hear some Mick. Thanks
Man, there are moments in this song when Van sounds eerily like Mick Jagger.
He sounds lika Mick Jagger
same generation
True!
Yes Exactly I did think it was mick jagger when i heard this version.
Yes. They were both coming from the same place musically. Throw Eric Burdon in the mix too. They all learned from the great blue's masters. Listen to Don Covay's "Mercy, Mercy" and you will hear where Jagger got his exact style of singing.
This is a nice song; I hadn't heard it before. It just goes to show the quality and the sheer volume of great songs of the 60's. Amazing!
It's a Bob Dylan song.
i grew up in this era.fantastic -love and peace brother.
Without a doubt this is the best version of this song I've ever heard, and that includes Dylan's own original. Van Morrison puts his own magic twist on the lyrics with a unique instrumental background that haunts the mind afterward.
I'm a Dylan fan all the way- but this is a beautiful version by Van
There’s only one Bob Dylan. Nobody can sing this song better than him.
Don't forget to credit the other members of THEM 😁
@@paulstclair5625 I think the recordings were mainly Van Morrison and session musicians.

Danke, van, danke them und danke , natürlich, Bob...
What a complete music performance - the vocals are amazing, the music haunting but so touching.
I feel happy now. Did you ever think you'd feel better after a good cry? This song makes me feel like I've just finished. Van Morrison is a well digger of the finer emotions.
Der geilste, beste, fühligste, schönste Song aller Zeiten!!
Wirklich perfekt
Seen ‘Them’ in Belfast in mid sixties before they became famous. Still great music
