What really can a doctor do besides tell you to rest, use ice and ibuprofren. Than they'll prescribe muscle relaxers. They've always been a waste of time and money in my case.

I am not getting anything effective for numbness of right leg when i stand. While bending knee its ok but as soon as i straight my leg find immidiate numbness starting from small finger then the one beside and then leg upto the knee. And all this started when i kicked start my motor bike furiously in a chilling cold morning.

Any of you guys had this pain in your lower back where you had a herniated disk in the past so you know what it feels like and now your doing ok but your back seems like any minute it will get a herniated disk again because it's like a ticking time bomb of a back pinch nerve. Sleep makes my neck worse. I used a neck massager next morning my left arm was resting on my stomach (sleeping on my back) I couldn't lift if upon waking for 15-20 seconds, scary. Ddd c5-&6 bone spur on left side for 10 years now. Tingling in neck, sometimes both arms feel suddenly heaving, numb for a few minutes. You think I finally need surgery?? Been scared of it, dr wanted to do artificial disk years ago.
I have had constant 24 hour headaches and neck pain. I have 2 pinched nerves. Taking Tylenol and Advil every 4 hours. I've been to a pain management doctor but the nerve block didn't work at all. So frustrated and sick of this constant pain.

I have a sudden onset of Rt. scapula pain that radiated to arm. Pain changed to tingling down the arm extending to hand. Feels like insects crawling on skin. I had a phone visit with my PCP on Monday and perscribed muscle relaxers and Methylprednisolone. I think this is stress related because I am the caregiver for my sister who is on hospice. I haven’t started the Methylprednisolone yet because I got my 2nd COVID vaccine yesterday and was told to wait a week because it would affect the efficiency of my vaccine. Will exercise help or make it worse?
Do you recommend going to a chiropractor for a pinched nerve in neck?

@@Soft7y brain aneurysms are relatively common (1 in 50) but it is exceedingly rare that they rupture. Sending lots of love and light your way 💙

I’m 18 and half my body has been numb and over sensitive, except my face is completely normal, I have a neurologist I’m seeing tomorrow, but I’ve had symptoms for a year and they don’t know what I have.
Symptoms have gone and come back, I have been completely normal at some points but every 3 months I get some wierd feeling that comes and goes
What are your thoughts on the posture pump? It seems to be making my neck arthritis pain worst, but I’ve exhausted everything else, from PT to chiropractic, my MRI shows narrowing on c5 thru c7, the only thing doctor said was to do PT, nothing helps, just muscle pain and tightness, and I’ve read so many good reviews on the posture pump, but now I’m just wondering!

Going through the same thing. Surgery is tomorrow. Weakness and numbness down both arms and legs. Sadly, I am not a candidate for artificial discs.
Mine runs/shoots down starting from base of skull through soft spots of back lats and through my Lhip and through my whole Lfoot ESPECIALLY my Lbigtoe. I have to hobble or massage myself or push through it. It makes me have the urge to slowly go to the floor regardless of where I’m at but I have to just hold my breathe and concentrate to remain upright as it passes and I can take another breathe Once the chest pressure dissolves and the shooting disappears I can slowly take larger and larger breathes and continue walking or whatever I was doing.
I don’t have coverage and can’t afford the tests so haven’t had any done 😔
I’ve multiple multiple old injuries from a scary childhood that may have not been seen for still almost a whole notepad in my phone of things that hurt bad enough to write down throughout each day of life and persists. I’m afraid of coming forward with so many symptoms.

I think mine is arthritis because I even have pain at the bottom of my rib...had a chest x-ray & the Dr said I have costeochondritis. It is so painful

@@LetsgoRangers4 I have severe pain along and behind shoulder blade, tricep and forearm and into fingers so I'm on the same path - trying everything else non-invasive first but ACDF has been recommended (c5/6/7)- did you have the surgery yet?
@@mkvarner9239 I did, almost six weeks ago. in the exact area. Doing well except for sleeping more than a couple of hours at a time causes the pain before surgery. Life is definitely better already as I could tell as I woke from surgery feeling in my left arm was back. Much luck to you!

Not in and of itself, but an underlying issue causing it can be but don't worry too much it's rare
