So happy I found you. My Dr sent me to a physical therapist for my pinched nerve and she did everything wrong. She told me at some point that she didn't believe I actually had one. I feel she actually made things worse. Thank goodness I don't have to deal with her anymore. I feel this could have been taken care of months ago if she had only done what the Dr. said and treated me accordingly. Well, I'm going to try your treatment and pray that it works.

I have been dealing with a pinched nerve with severe shoulder discomfort/pain for a little over a year. I went to 2 different chiropractors which helped relieve the symptoms but i was always still in discomfort. Out of being desperate for something to work one night about 3 weeks as I could not sleep because of the pain, I came across this video. I now have ZERO pain or discomfort after doing the exercise (3 times a day)they demonstrate sitting down with the pole (I use a painters stick).

Thanks for sharing. I found your video at 2 am in the morning for the exercise with my arms and against the wall extensions. I had this pain for 4 days and at 2 am it got worst where I could not get up out of bed and felt nauseas. After doing your exercises with the chin, and arms I felt so much better to the point I could sleep a few hours. I then watched this video and will continue to do these steps until I get the nerve better. Again, I appreciate all the tips to making me well again. I am sure it has a lot to do that I work on a computer 9 hours a day.

I’ve been feeling the symptoms of a pinched nerve on my left side for almost 10 days… absolutely miserable. Is it normal to feel left arm pain during the night? I’ve felt it in the shoulder shoulder blade and my entire left arm. Seems to be worse at night and I can’t sleep. I’m almost losing my mind and anxiety has set in. I’m almost into a full on panic attack.😖

I have C4, 5 and 6 disc bulges and cervical spondylosis and have trapped a nerve in my neck area with pain going all the way down my arm and the pain is unbearable at times. I have tried the chin tucks along with a heat pad on the bad shoulder and it is helping. You are so informative and talk normal talk instead of technical jargon. I will be trying out the best sleep posture and have plenty of pillows to help. Keep up the excellent work.

I want to tout chiropractic care also
I’ve been doing all the things, PT and otherwise
3 adjustments and 3 traction table sessions later (1 week time of incredible pain w/o the needed narcotics) and my nerve released!
I’m so thankful I cried, when I realized it. I was to point of not using my arm and almost passing out from pain in stores. Hadn’t worked in 2 days.

I discovered this video over a week late after suffering the left shoulder and tricep pain, and it was likely due to a pinched nerve. The pain was debilitating. After watching this video, I did a few reps of neck stretching using the towel and neck bending toward the side of the pain exercises while enduring the pain for about two hours or so in the evening, I noticed improvements in the pain on the upper arm and shoulder the next day, though I am still feeling minor tingling in the elbow area, and the pain is now localized to the upper back-shoulder blade area. Thank you for sharing the exercises!

With chin tucks and tuck extensions pain level has been reduced 30% where I’m now able to walk comfortably, use my right arm with less pain and lay down and get up without a struggle.
