    Love the constant change and awesome choreography. I like having to use my brain when training. It ups the challenge and makes you smarter.

    Hello Marsha, I started following your channel and did one of your workouts: "Bodybar circuit:12minute Ultimate Body bar workout".It was so fun and challenging as well. I have some questions tho: 1. Can I do the body bar with one day rest? 2.Can I do bodybar and this dumbell work out in one session? Thanks so much

    Did this yesterday and felt sore a few hours after(obliques, lower body). I feared I had some lower back involvement, but thankfully, today I see that's not the case. Awesome workout!!

      I used 15lb dumbbells in this one. But I have lots of different sized weights!

    I didn't like the hopping over the dumbbells moves. Too worried about landing on one.

      Kelly Henderson try placing them in front of you and jumping the same width behind the weights. Its safer and the weights are better positioned for pickup.
