Did this yesterday and felt sore a few hours after(obliques, lower body). I feared I had some lower back involvement, but thankfully, today I see that's not the case. Awesome workout!!
Kelly Henderson try placing them in front of you and jumping the same width behind the weights. Its safer and the weights are better positioned for pickup.

I used 15lb dumbbells in this one. But I have lots of different sized weights!
