I did twenty minutes of cardio on an elliptical today. All it did was remind me of how much more fun I had doing this workout! And how much more sweaty I got!
Marsha, love love love your workouts. I work as an exercise instructor at a fitness studio and am always inspired by your videos. Question-just wondering what current research indicates; is there a minimum amount of minutes to do cardio for heart healthy benefits? Does research still show 20 minutes, or has that changed?

Depends on what's causing your back pain. If the workout makes it worse I would do something else. I'm filming a great one for glute activation today which can help with back pain. Look for it next Monday! :)
I decided to use this one as a finisher today and it was brilliant. It really kicked my butt. Thanks Marsha!
