    I've had my Steps for maybe 20 years and rarely used it...lol but for some reason I went and dusted off my Steps and found you on you tube! Excellent workout! This is definitely going to be added to my library!

    Love your video, I am a trainer and I really noticed that your workout has flow to it . A lot of trainers are all over the place with their workouts. This workout you provided is smooth with good intensity. Good job!

    I havent worked out in years. Im totally out of shape. I have an old step and weights so im going to try and do the 12 minutes. Those burpees though??? Hope i can make it through!

      Busted! Yes I didn't stop at 12 minutes - kept going until the round was completed...about 14.5 minutes

    I am so doing this I have 3 months, I am avoiding sugar, Im sure I can burn fat with this everyday versus just running..any suggestions anyone ?

    I did this in a combination with cardio strength HIIT 16min and i am dead.
