Love your video, I am a trainer and I really noticed that your workout has flow to it . A lot of trainers are all over the place with their workouts. This workout you provided is smooth with good intensity. Good job!
I havent worked out in years. Im totally out of shape. I have an old step and weights so im going to try and do the 12 minutes. Those burpees though??? Hope i can make it through!

I am so doing this I have 3 months, I am avoiding sugar, Im sure I can burn fat with this everyday versus just running..any suggestions anyone ?
