A PRP was done around lumbar facet joint, interspinous ligaments and supraspinous ligaments. Nothing. I'm still doing the exercises from my PT. One specialist suggests as my last option for surgery. The 2nd specialist, suggests to do Cervical, Thoracic and Lumbar facet joint injections and if that doesn't work, PRP injections into the discs. I'm almost at wit ends with this and I'm just trying to figure out what procedure has the highest chance in providing healing relief.
