The very concept of your channel - "Fit by Cooking" is BRILLIANT!! I only recently started realising the importance of diet and therefore came into Cooking at the age of 27 haha after years gymming without satisfactory results. Your presentation is gorgeous, and I love your helpful, warm vibe. Fantastic video brother, thank you so much for the efforts in making and sharing!!
Ha ha! I've known people significantly older than you who STILL haven't figured out the importance of their nutrition on their fitness results! You got this!
These videos never disappoint. Thank you so much for them all, Felu. And yes, can confirm- it tastes like cake for breakfast and the thickest overnight oats I've ever made. I think part of the key is mashing the banana. I actually grind my chia seeds in a coffee grinder shortly before consuming as per studies you get better omega three absorption. give it a shot. Thanks again! Oh, and I make a salad like that very often but typically use the avocado sauce you showed us with 60g avo + 50g of cottage cheese or low fat cream cheese. Put it on everything tbh, even eggs with salsa
All of these recipes are wonderful. I have adjusted the amounts of ingredients to cater for my personal macros. Thank you for the healthy meal ideas and inspiration.

@@anamosa1574 Hi, if you're eating eggs, cheese, fish, milk, greek yoghurt, cottage cheese, beef and chicken then aim for 75% of your Bodyweight in pounds as a safe bet. If you include protein from bread, oats and potatoes aim for 1g per pound.

Wow that is a lot of food, for me atleast, but you're literally shredded! Thank you for showing what you eat in a day - these are pretty healthy meals and 180g of protein is incredible!
Low carb and calories and depends on the gym routine can have all the protein going but if your carbs and calories are low you won’t exactly get massive
Love your content, but that sounds like a great day of eating for someone who's job is to be a youtuber: 1. Having fresh veggies and butcher meat, means you go grocery shopping like every other day. Or perhaps you have those around the corner? 2. You don't seem to need any coffee or you're having it black with nothing sweet on the side. I'm not even remotely mentioning snacks or eating out. That's damn impressive. 3. The amount of time you spent cooking such varied meals, plus the mountain of dirty dishes you produced and apparently had time to wash sounds just luxurious. Like, it's one thing if the video was called "How I managed to eat 180g of protein that one time", but currently it suggests that you pull this off daily and yeah, I don't know about that.
1. Most of the veg shown in the video will last at least for one week, if stored properly. And you can store butchered meat in freezer and just thaw it as needed. 3. That is true but most of this food seems really meal prep friendly. You can easily cooked everything in bulk and then you have food ready for next 3-4 days.
you look like 155lbs max so you're eating at least 70 grams too much a day. The science is clear and has been clear for years. More than 0.8grams per lbs of bodyweight (actually 0,7 on average but the best responders in the studies maxed out at around 0.8 so there u go) is just wasting money. (protein is the most expensive macronutrient)
I am 191 and 113 kg with 18% body fat, amateur weightlifter and it is a struggle to eat more than 150g of protein a day. These dude are wild, they want to breath protein if possible :))
@@Mr.Ciobanu I’m an amateur fighter at 170lbs that does some powerlifting here and there. It’s really not that hard. Five large eggs plus two turkey bacon 45g Chicken breast plus rice, veggies, etc 45g Two hundred fifty grams of lean ground beef and rice, etc, that’s another 50g. That’s 140g, not including any snacks or protein shake. Add fruit, too. I eat 140-180g daily when I’m not cutting weight for fighting and feel great and I look massive natural.

Thanks for sharing, but eating 180-200g of protein even when leaning is easy as hell. Chicken breast with no oil (non-stick pans), plus some chickpeas and hot ketchup for lunch and some of your or Jalalsamfit recipe for dinner. Works like a charm. Breakfast is some zero sugar high protein stuff sweets with tea and stevia. People who say getting fit is tough are just slackers, TBH.

Why you need that much protein?
Because its a good amount for cutting, studys show that you should stick to 2,5g per kg bodyweight if you got a decent amount of lean mass
nah ,you don't need that many especially at his weight

so much protein is dangerous for your kidneys if you are under 100kg lean. Don't go over 2,2g of protein per kg of bodyweight.
Most of things you are using are out of my country.
