- To round out week one of our 21-day series, we will do a body scan meditation. This involves systematically bringing awareness to different parts of your body. It helps develop emotional regulation, pain management, empathy, and of course, embodiment.

Thank you so much for letting me feel the power of the body scan meditation for the first time ever. Used to hate body scan. You are a great meditation teacher, feel deeply relaxed still. Btw, I share the same nose story, mine is classic Roman though and we have a complicated relationship. I noticed that I interestingly left my nose out during the face scan, uff, thought I had made peace long ago....
