Dude... what a nice and comprehensive walkthrough! You're very knowledgeable and spend time talking about realistic issues and paths to take. Keep this up, this is awesome!
Thank you. Edit: I find your tutorials really good and easy to follow, I hope you will continue to provide them (and with some v3 to v4 changes)
Thank you! This is exactly what I was looking for. I'm looking to develop UI and menus outside of Unity and so glad I found this tutorial.
Bro Helped Me So Much I was scrolling for videos on this glad I found you
That model is the seamstress from the movie '9' :D pretty good taste
Hello! Found your channel today! It has content of great help to the community. Thank's for your time.
His way of teaching is easy to understand.
If possible, you could make a video teaching how to export a character with a third-person controller from Blender.
Thanks.
looks cool
Great tutorial! I'm curious if you plan on tackling more advanced situations where you have the CanvasLayer react to separate aspect ratios. Really refreshing hearing the perspective of a Web Dev jump in!
Can you do a series on building out a full settings menu with graphics, sounds, and gameplay settings please?
noice
Would have bee nice to see how you hook this all in with code, the design stuff itself is pretty straight forward.
Thanks, My Menu is boring. You gave me some ideas on how to improve.
I'm a beginner in Godot, so it would be a huge help if you showed how to create the script needed for it to work.
Besides that great tutorial, thanks!
Had some trouble with the final result. Adding a light seemed to fix it? Was having a black screen for the 3D viewport, so the light source remedied it to be visible apparently.
Having an issue getting the menu to scale with the screen resolution/aspect ratio. Any adjustment and the menu stays the same size and I just get more grey space
Is Anyone Else Having Problems making the animation play When You Start The Game
I tried it out, different times again and again but my screen is always gray, the 3d is not working
can you also remake 3D movement?
is this how to do a 2d numeric stats box on a 3d fps game?
Do you mean like showing a fps counter? Then you pretty much just want to add the fps counter as part of your canvas layer I actually have a tut on the channel showing you how you could do this although its an older tut made using godot 3 and its pretty long but the process would be pretty similar
@@charlesselrachski34I'm planning on redoing all my old tuts eventually so sooner or later I will
