Good idea to leave the door open. Stupid insurance sometimes tries to “fix” these vehicles which leaves the owners stuck with problematic vehicles that stink to high heaven.
Why did they send so much apparatus.? It was only a car fire that could have easily been extinguished with a single engine. I get that it was up against a building. They just took resources away from the volunteer departments.
