I’ve been doing this exercise along with another leg exercise on your channel for about 4 weeks now, and I’m honestly really surprised on my progress. Some pants that I always wear have started to fit me even more and they’re slipped on more easily now. Tho I don’t see a difference with my eyes for my thighs but my jeans never lie haha. Im around 7kg heavier than i wish to be and your videos are so good! I wish to lose weight in legs, arms and lower belly.. maybe also build up some abs? Love and hate the burn ❤

Hello! I’ve been doing this workout for a little bit now and I’m wondering if this workout will help me loose muscle in my thighs? I wanna loose a bit of muscle there but I’m worried exercises specific to legs might increase the muscle.. should I try full body workouts or continue with this one?? Pls I really need help !!
Continue with this one, this is slow repetitive stretching, which will un-do the build up of muscle, incorporate lots of walking, 10k steps daily, and stick to wholemeal foods with lots of stretching and remember to keep your protein up!
This looks great! Can I ask though, I want to tone up, but I don't want to loose weight I am already quite light for a 14 year old (apparently) I just want to tone up...will this work out do that for me d'you think?
This + walking + cardio made my legs a bit thinner in two weeks so keep going and stay consistent !!
