@@vh2205 no, I do cardio or HIIT first, then I do this workout and standing inner thigh workout (8 min edition). Be patient, and keep pushing, you will see results. And don't forget to eat. I am not on a strict diet, I control my portions, and also on weekends I drink beer and eat fast food. Take care and love yourself💜

I have been doing this workout for like a week and it really works I do it with ankle weights now to make it a little harder but I went from 76.7 to 75,6 in a week

That's how I feel, too. every. single. day. It's extremely tiring because I become the worst version of myself when I can't train. The tip from a friend of mine is not to let the whole day go and wait to get the urge to exercise, it happens when it happens. Remember if you really want something, you can do anything! Don't forget, it was we humans who built the pyramids! :)

Results can take time, don't compare yourself to people on social media... everyone is different, try not giving up 💪and take breaks (Sorry for spelling mistakes, i am french 😅)

Maybe Black Veil Brides, Palaye Royale, My Chemical Romance, Fit For Rivals, Linkin Park, Oomph!, Papa Roach, Avril Lavigne, the Pretty Reckless, Король и Шут, Гражданская оборона(Siberian punk), they have some songs that suit for working out but not everyone will like it or understand.

You won't get bulky because you probably don't eat enough protein for that. Honestly, it's hard for body builders to even get bulky, that's why it's a lifestyle. Trust me, a workout isn't going to make you bulky unless there's a ton of weight lol

Excersing is OK but make sure you don't develop an ossession because that's a problem and believe me it's not a good thing!
