the helicopter wheels are always active. the pay n spray just makes them visible. when you land the heli you can sense the wheels and you can see them leave rubber marks even without the visibility glitch
@@alejandromorazan3420 For some reason, the copy of LCS my family owned on PS2 crashed.. every. single. freaking. time. the helicopter took off. I'm serious, just straight crashes.
It only worked on psp version and later the mobile version, the ps2 version was only one patched by Rock star Funny thing is in mobile version there's helicopter flying icon when you steal it Rock star dev be trolling with players

I remember this game had some funny minor glitches in the PS2 version, one of them that I remember that I did it all the time was drive the Speeder boat in first person with a specific machine gun (I think it was called MP5?) and if you looked to the right (press R2), well you got an instant jumpscare with the Tony's face, lol!. 😂
I remember Vice City had the wheels on the helicopter as well if you go in the pay n' spray. I forget what the cheat was to make the cars drive on water, but if you have that cheat, along with the helicopter with wheels, you essentially have the seasparrow helicopter since it won't sink.
Man I really like your humor and editing style. I'd just say that you have to step up your thumbnail game a bit to make your videos more click appealing because watching the video was def worth it.
I remember using the 9mm mayhem to get infinite ammo for the micro smg, its pretty cool to see the waterproof pcj glitch getting mentioned, as for the helicopter glitch i remember looking up old videos of people getting it either from the mission calm before the storm or false idols, or use the cheat device to spawn one.
You can drive a car after exploding it if you use bigbang cheat code in the menu mid entering the car in VC. Just open the car door and if Tommy puts a foot in the car click esc and type bigbang. Its pretty easy and funny. There are also a invisible rocks on the map. Near the first savehome

I played GTA Liberty City Stories and completed the whole mission that took ages to complete. Still it’s such a good game.
