  • I cooked these massive chicken drumsticks in the toaster oven and they turned out pretty good. Toaster oven cooking is pretty fun and easy if you have a good one. These chicken legs would have been great grilled, but it's cold out, so I just cooked them in the toaster oven and they turned out pretty good. Cooking chicken in the toaster oven works pretty good and it's easy.

    @TosTinMan.
    The trick to cooking BBQ in any oven is to not using BBQ sauce until the last 20 minutes. First you drain the pan & after add the sauce.

    Been cooking my chicken drumsticks 3-5x a week its that easy at 1 hr. I cook at 375F using at 1 hr I use meat thermometer to read at 165-180F. I use a bottle Korean BBQ Sauce its so easy. I line the tray w foil so I can avoid the scrubbing the sauce off. I also been baking Brownies it comes out perfect too.

    Hi Tos, What you may want to do is get a toaster oven broiler pan, use foil for the bottom pan so you have easy clean up and use some pam spray on the top tray. You'll life the chicken off of the grease and don't use your sauce until the end and turn the legs so you sauce both sides and then you'll have a very nice result. Makes the difference.
