Love this. I went from a 5 day workweek down to 3 days. I found a place where I could work 10 hour days and told them I was only able to work 3 days. So yes my income dropped but I still put in 30 hours a week and now have 4 ‘free’ days. My free time is worth so much more than the missed income.
That is so cool! Such a smart approach for creating more free time 😊 You are absolutely right: time is worth so much more than a little bit of money. I am very happy that you found this arrangement for yourself 🙏
I was feeling like I had no time to myself. I talked to my manager to work 4 days instead of 5... I will be working 9 hrs but I gain an extra day off, and I only lose 4 hrs on my paycheck 😊
@@zencityvibesbecause there was a time when 16 and 18 hr days were the standard. The 8 hr workday was actually revolutionary back in the day, but it hasn’t been changed since its inception so now we have 8 hr days
I started setting better boundaries at work. I was always under the impression that I had to do everything that was asked of me right away in order to please my boss. I’ve actually gotten more respect the more I say no or push back a little. I no longer take work meetings in the car when I’m driving. I no longer accept every meeting invite. I no longer carry my work phone around with me all day. It stays on my desk as if it were an office phone. I also adjusted my work hours to start at 9:30am so I can spend more time with my son in the morning and not feel rushed to get him off to school. I’m slowly but surely getting back to who I used to be! 😊
I adopted slow living inadvertently by respecting myself, my time and setting boundaries. I’m 48 and as I get older I realize self care and making my mental health a priority and it’s okay to say no. At work I decided that I wouldn’t stay over to finish something that I could complete the next morning. It’s letting a couple phone calls go to voicemail and calling them back later. It’s letting an email sit in my inbox until I finish my current task. For me slow living has been reading a good book with a cup of coffee instead of watching mindless TV. Also I’m an artist and painter so I love to disconnect and just paint a picture once in a while. It’s also meant leaving social media in 2024 which gives me so much more free time to be more productive. Love your channel!!
Those are some extremely valuable habits when it comes to being in a healthy place at work. Setting clear boundaries and reinforcing them if necessary is so important. Not many people actually do this I feel. I also love your way of relaxing and disconnecting while painting. Art is such an amazing way of getting the mind off something and relax. That is really cool ☺
I just went to 4 days a week. Little less money but just budget better. So worth it!! The 1 extra day makes a huge difference. Will soon go to 3 days. Love your videos calm and inspiring. Subscribed:)
I work fully remote, 5 days per week and aiming for 4, I have been practising slow living to an extent and even slow working, I used to be the go to guy in my old jobs because i was always vaulenteering myself for things or taking on more responsibilities, now I try to minimise holding my hand up for things, I also use artificial intelligence to automate a lot of my job and mark what takes a few hours as a whole days work, I am very proficient but I display that I am an avarage speed worker. This frees up a lot of my day. So I like to get everything done as quickly as I can for the day and chill the rest. Being the best employee never won me anything other than more work. Lesson learned.
Love this. I set a goal to complete 2-3 tasks each day. Whether they take me 5 minutes to complete or a couple hours. Once I’m done with the tasks, the rest of the day is my free time. As long as I’m making progress and keeping the work moving that’s all that matters to my employer. I read somewhere that the average office worker is only productive for about 2.5 hours each day. Why should remote workers pressure themselves to be productive 8-10 hours a day when our in-office counterparts are doing so much less?
I live in America, and work mostly 7 days a week, 9-10 hours a day. The idea of a 9-5 day work week sounds like heaven to me. I pray I can shift to a different lifestyle.

@ushima_ 23 and never had a real job, just worked on summer camp. I live with my parents and cannot find a job, going to get a master degree and see if I can get a real job that I like.
Hey, same. I work 7 days a week (2 jobs) and average about 60 hours a week. Fortunately I've gotten pretty good at listening to my body and prioritizing recovery. I am still able to make the time to do most of what I want to do, and if not, visualizing myself doing it is usually enough to suffice.
I really like my job, but my boss would never allow me to go down to 4 days a week. Instead, I've been able to change my shift schedule from the 8am-4:30pm shift to the 6am-2:30pm shift. A 2 hour difference may not seem like a lot, but it means I get off work before rush hour traffic starts, so I'm home in 25 minutes instead of 1.5 hours. So much time is left in my day to do all sorts of things, I actually feel like I have time for my hobbies now.
@@glodusmuspell9069It's as simple as resetting your clock. If you moved to another country that was two time zones ahead of where you are now you would adjust. Instead of sleeping 11-7 adjust your body clock to 9-5.
I agree so much with you that getting into nature and connecting with it is one of the best ways to slow down. Nature grounds us in the present, and allow our minds to become quiet and still. Glad I found your channel, thank you!
It resonates with me. I value time and peace, connecting with nature and loved ones. I also only work three and a half or four days per week and that gives me the balance that I need in my life.
I am blessed to be able to work at home, so even though it’s a structured environment, I get to really be present and meditate, journal or go on walks in my neighborhood on breaks and lunches. Also, adopting the belief “I do what I can and let go of the rest” really helped me release personal responsibility for how the company is doing. I do what I can to the best of my ability with good quality and move on with my day. And when I log off for the day, my mind is in the present and not on work. I leave work at work. Thank you for this video, something that actually resonates🤍
few more years of school and ive planned on doing something similar the 4 day work week is great advice too can definitely overcome it with a non material life
Thanks for your really realistic take on slow living. A lot of UA-camrs who embrace slow living embrace a lifestyle which is almost completely alternative and not achievable for me personally, both my husband and myself working full time with 2 kids. Lots of helpful tips - thanks. Have a great day. 😊
That is so nice to hear! It truly is challenging to find a slower pace sometimes when you work a normal job and have further obligations. And I absolutely see your point as some content out there in this sphere can portray an unachievable or unrealistic kind of lifestyle. This has also struck me a couple of times. Thank you for your nice comment and have a great day too! ☺
Things I don’t do anymore is say yes to things that will deplete me of energy just because I don’t want to hurt someone’s feeling or expectations. I used to go the extra mile on everything. Now I just do what I can and no more.
Thank you, I really enjoyed your video and I agree with you. I find pleasure gardening, going for nature walks or to the beach with my dog, turning off my phone and reading a book instead.
I tried it for four (4) months. And I don't get it. I would be home at 5:35pm... ...when, where, what? If I wanted to clean my shower or invite someone for a cup of coffee.......when? How? I would eat - so now it's already 6:20pm. Do the dishes, complain to my significant other about work, change clothes, maybe do the laundry... *Before you know it's 9pm and you start thinking about the following day (meetings, gossip, bullying, meaningless **_tasks_** 🙄...)* We are slaves with nice cars and cellphones. And nicer houses than our ancestor had. But then again: *you don't enjoy your house because you're at the office!!!!!! 😪*
I only work late afternoons to early evening. Lots of me time to wake up, walk my dogs, eat a healthy breakfast and lunch and get to bed early. I think by not having to wake up at 6/7am, my life has really benefited. Im never in rush hour traffic which helps too. I prefer having my days off when everyone else is in work so I work weekends and have days off mid week.
Last year, I took several steps that made my life move at an extreme speed, such as starting my business, finding an office, trying to find clients, and going through a breakup. This year, I am trying to slow down by bringing more structure to my life, embracing a slower pace, and spending more time on self-care and social activities.
We moved to a rural area in 2020 during the pandemic with 2 kids. At first I struggled with living outside of the city, but now I embrace country living. I am trying to retrain my brain to enjoy slow living. I don't think completely isolating ourselves is healthy. But just enjoying the moment and living in the present is so important. Our digital age is toxic to our brains in a lot of ways, especially for our kids. We need to become more aware of this topic as a society!
Completely agree with you! I love living in nature and living a more natural way of life. However isolation is definitely nothing that feels good to me so having friends and family that I can spend time with is very important ☺ It's awesome for your kids to grow up close to nature! That's so healthy. Wish you and your family nothing but the best 🍀
ditto, 23 years ago - let me tell you from my experience - your right. get to know neighbors, community, do stuff with others, help an elder with some yardwork - it will be worth it.
What a great video with so many relatable topics, I have adopted the slow living lifestyle for a few years now. Before this I always felt overwhelmed and time was just flying by. The biggest change for me was finding a new job where I work part time, Monday - Friday but I work 8am-1pm. I have had to be more mindful with my finances but I am so much happier now. I’m very glad I have just recently found your channel and look forward to future videos!
Turning 60 next month. 😊 Contemplating slow living, as well as reducing work hours to 3 10 hr days. I really like your realistic and attainable approach! God bless.
Really enjoyed this and can totally relate. I dropped down to 4 days from 5 and can already feel the benefits and I spend my day off in nature. It’s worth every penny I’ve lost because I’ve enriched my life.
I personally appreciate your message here. Too much content tells us to give it all up, move off grid and live off of what fits in a backpack. But for those of us whose work is for personal fulfillment, it's nice to hear you help us find peace while still pushing 9-5. Great suggestions. Thank you.
Another find thanks to UA-cam recommendation! I resonate w your insights. I wanted to relocate my family to a greener location but just can’t now. But what I did was to shift to a work from home career to start a slower living. Been thankful for this shift.
Thank you for being here! I feel like that is already a major change in the direction of slow living ☺I hope you can fulfill your wish to move closer to greenery if you still want to do so🌲🍀
This is comforting for someone who is on the 9-5 job as well. But I'm still struggling to manage the energy from the workplace. Wish I could live somewhere close to nature as well. But now I'm trying to explore ways before I make the big decision. Nice video 👍
New subscriber and great video! I went down from working 5 to 3 days a week a couple of years ago and it's one of the best decisions I ever made. Combining it with getting a remote job and moving deep into the countryside is a real privilege... wish more people were able to make it work, I do feel very lucky.
I was working 30 hours in 4 days but was exhausted. I was an addiction/mental health nurse for 132 men. I was so overwhelmed. I was non stop at work, multi tasking, seldom getting a break, so many needs from them. I loved them, but it just got to be too much. Helping them was hurting me. I asked my supervisor for help x 5 months. It was denied. I became depleted. I started to slow down at home to disconnect, starting with social media, started meditating x 10-20 minutes a day, listening to relaxing music, no words, getting into nature more last 6 weeks and consistent stretching. Still extremely tired. I gave my notice. This is my last week coming up. I’m tired. I am burned out, 💯 I have worked FT x 40 years. I was a single mom, no child support most of the time, so I don’t have a retirement. I remarried almost a year ago, so now I can go PT, which I’m grateful, but honestly I don’t want to work at all… that’s the burnout talking. I’m gonna take a couple of weeks off, then find something 2-3 days a week, no more. 🙏🏻
I completely agree with cutting back on your worktime...out of the home anyway. I like having more time to accomplish things I need and want to do at home but like you said...unfortunately it creates a financial problem. The upside of that is you really learn to live minimally...which is fine with me. It is so good to spend time outdoors...I find it really does help in reducing stress. Keep sharing your lovely videos...so enjoyable.
Thank you for you nice comment(s)! ☺ You are absolutely right. Living in a more minimalist manner helps reducing the amount you have to work. Personally I really don't buy a lot besides basic daily necessities. In the end I probably end up with more in the bank than somebody who works full time and spends it like crazy 🙂
Right now i am really stressed with my new job because i have become a store manager and there is so much to do. One day i was so stressed out, that the only solution for me was to get outside for a walk in the Forest. Being in Nature really slows things down. I felt much better when i came home. Can recommend!
Awesome video, I’ve been so caught up with life, money and bills recently that I forgot what my passion is. And that’s video creation and has been since I was 12 years old (I’m now 26 with a kid on the way) I don’t work a 9-5 job I have a mobile detailing business but either way the work is stressful especially looking for jobs to find. This video is what I needed to remind myself to slow down. 🤝
Hi Felix So great to found your channel on UA-cam for practising slow living and minimalistic lifestyle. I can relate my lifestyle with you to some extent living in a city as i have to work from office everyday. Really enjoyed watching your video and am able to take some lessons on slow living lifestyle in a different way. Thank you Vivek from India
I ride my bike to work. It is such a nice thing to be outside instead of in a car. However it is dangerous with the vehicles who may have trouble seeing me, so I am grateful when i arrive safely.
I totally agree with you and love your video. Your mental health and your peace and love within income first. A lot of people today have two jobs and I do believe that is not healthy for anyone. 🏡❤️
I completely agree with you! We do live in challenging times so I understand everybody that works multiple jobs but I would wish everybody to have more time to unwind and enjoy life 🙏🙏
Thank you. This was a nice video. What I struggle with is the feeling of "I have to..." or "I should be..." The expectations of childhood and then adulthood is a big pressure. We absorb the energies around us. I am excited for you that the energy you have to feed on is of natural time. There is still the forward movement, but not the voices of "what if you don't get this done, what will they think?" You can hear your own thoughts and not the possible thoughts of others and letting that rule your soul. Thanks again!
Excellent video. I stopped listening to what people where telling me I needed to be happy. I realized they were well intended. I don't need fancy clothes. I'm a sweatshirt type of person. I have one nice dress (not fancy) if I need to attend a formal family event. I like being who I want yo be- simple.
Totally agree with you. People are always telling me I need to travel and have holidays. No. They stress me and cause me anxiety not joy. People tell me I need to have a tv and socialise more. No. I haven’t watched tv for 18 years I don’t want to start now. People can exhaust me so I need to be careful with how much time I spend with people. I’m always being told, have a kindle not books. No, I don’t enjoy having to charge things. I like to borrow books to read and share amongst friends. Always being told I need to be online with banking on my phone. No. I don’t want to. I love a simple life. I like simple food. A clean and clear house. I have 13 items of clothing. I don’t need to shop for ‘enjoyment’. I don’t want to go out for coffee. I like to walk down the beach not go the gym. People mean well but they exhaust me sometimes with what they believe I should be doing. I’m not like them. I don’t enjoy constant stimulus. I need alot of time to myself. I like to wake at 5.30am when the world is still and quiet. I do that every single day. People don’t understand that. They tell me I should lie in at the weekends. Why? I don’t understand this. I’m finally getting through to people. Slowly but surely they’re realising I’m different to them and accepting that. It’s a slow process. People often mistake the way I like to live as being sad or depressed, because I don’t want to be doing more. In fact I’m probably more content than most. Good luck to everyone on their journey.❤
Amazing insights - you inspired me to change my working schedule permanently, in a way that is working for me better then before. Work is needed, but I do feel the same about it as you do: I don't want to be the new manager or something like that. Thank you for making this type of videos. I'm really gratefull that I've found your account. Enjoy your day.
Sometimes I’m frustrated by what I can access. But I really enjoy balancing rest and activity. I have time and mental space for family friends and hobbies
I have also reduced my hours at work and make less money but love my personal time. 9-5 (8 hours in one day) is still ridiculous. Nobody should be required to work more than 4 hours per day.
@@HighElf111 it was the beginning of this year that they approved my 32 hour week schedule. I had asked for that the year prior but was denied. I think the slow down in sales revenues made them think this is not a bad idea...
Due to severe illness in the past, i cant work more than 24 hours per week. Even though I would like to earn a bit more money, i am fortunate enough to be able to pay my bills with this parttime job. And i feel very lucky to have so much free time
I've also recently requested to move to working 4 days a week. I start in June. I feel like I'm regaining some control of my life and I don't think I'll be that much worse off financially. As others have said, the time gained is worth more than the money I would earn from continuing to sacrifice my time.
I so want a life style like this. I wish the Philippines could adopt a flexible work schedule. I don't want work to be my life. I want to be able to do creative pursuits which I cannot do within the scope of current lifestyle. 🥺
Gorgeous! I liked clarity of your thinking and appropriate choice that you did took in order to accomplish the way you would like to have your life unfold! Nice, would like to stay connected with like minded people! :-) Cheers to you!
@@swisssimpleton had read somewhere, silence is language of god, everything else is poor translation. And I think you lifestyle allows that healthy dialogue 😊👍
I just have a lot of difficulty in letting go things, especially if I think I could have done them before without too many problems and self-limitations of the old me.
I absolutely struggle with that too sometimes, I think most people do 😞 I try to just keep looking forward and giving my best while also being gentle to myself. I can't change the past (even if I'd like to sometimes) but can try to make an effort in the future. I hope you have a great day ☺🙏
I am relatively well off but even I cant afford to have no job (neither I would want too). I try to work minimum (110-150 hours) and when I dont work I try to have relaxed and slow life.
I am going the opposite direction. From part time work (19 hours) to 4 days a week (30 hours). It's just becomming harder and harder as a single person to pay for everyday life. Cutting out my expenses only gets me so far and I realised the problem is that I earn too little. But still, I will have free days in the week to recharge but also the peace of mind of almost earning double the amount I now have.
A nice idea. Not possible for everyone. Working as a physician in a large hospital I can promise you, 3 days a week would have a major impact on our patients‘ lives. There are jobs which make this lifestyle impossible.
Thanks for sharing. I feel the same way as you express in the intro. Have you thought of being an introvert is more sensitive for the fast pace life and stimulus during a work day?
Yep, unfortunately, here in the US (and based on your comment, I assume that's where you're from, too) they keep us trapped. Attempting to reduce our work hours means losing much more than just a bit of money...
For me, the entire office voted on if we would switch to 4 10 hour days. So now we work 4 days a week but we are getting a bonus for working 45 hours in a week on top of overtime and we are fitting it all in in 4 days. Those 4 days are hectic because I come home and only have time for dinner and chores. Then it’s time for bed. I’m unsure on whether I like this better or not. But adding 2 hours a day to a workday can make 4 days a week at full time possible.
The title is a bit misleading. I assumed the 9-5 job was the traditional Monday to Friday 9-5 but actually you get 3 days off so slow living is easier I need ideas how to do slow living Monday to Friday 9-5
Good on you 🫶👍🙌….This is just how I feel, I want to live closer to the nature💚 Also I feel like I don’t want to work as many hours as I would like to enjoy life a bit more. Thank you for this motivational video 🙏
I run my own business with 4 employees. If I could cut my time down 40% for a 40% reduction in income without business shriveling up, I’d do it in a heartbeat.
I live on the east coast of Florida and there is no nature around me. I hate living near so many people I want to move to the mountains so bad but I’m stuck here as my husband is from here. We work too much too. I wish I could move
I totally see that living in an area that you don't find comfortable is super frustrating! I hope that you can make the move somewhen and find a place that you like to live in ☺ Greetings from the Swiss countryside 🍀
Cassandra - You are not "stuck there" Your desire to live in an environment you are comfortable in is as important as your husband's desire. A compromise would be respectful to both of you.
I think in scandinavian countries and here in Switzerland it is becoming more and more popular ☺ I don't know about other European countries though if I'm honest.
In most of countries of European Union its pretty possible, just it works differently from country to country..for example in Germany you can afford it due to high standard, in Croatia where I am from standard is not so high but 90% of population owns a home so its possible..
Why are workplaces obsessed with 9-5 , 40 hour week ? Why not say when the works done go home. In my last job we just waited around for the last hour doing nothing.
Love this. I went from a 5 day workweek down to 3 days. I found a place where I could work 10 hour days and told them I was only able to work 3 days. So yes my income dropped but I still put in 30 hours a week and now have 4 ‘free’ days. My free time is worth so much more than the missed income.

So much time is left in my day to do all sorts of things, I actually feel like I have time for my hobbies now.
What a great idea! 🤩
Yes
I can't get up that early in the morning
@@glodusmuspell9069It's as simple as resetting your clock. If you moved to another country that was two time zones ahead of where you are now you would adjust. Instead of sleeping 11-7 adjust your body clock to 9-5.
This resonates with what I believe in Ecclesiastes 4:6 "Better one handful with tranquillity than two handfuls with toil and chasing after the wind.".
I agree so much with you that getting into nature and connecting with it is one of the best ways to slow down. Nature grounds us in the present, and allow our minds to become quiet and still. Glad I found your channel, thank you!
Couldn't have said it better ☺☺ Glad to have you around and thank you for your comment!!
That sounds like a very healthy and reasonable approach, i like it! ☺🙏
few more years of school and ive planned on doing something similar the 4 day work week is great advice too can definitely overcome it with a non material life
That's awesome to hear! Keep going 🙌
Those are some great activities to wind down and so something good for your mind and body ☺ Thank you for your kind comment!🍀
New subscriber. I loved this video! This is my last week working 5 days. I requested 3 days moving forward.
That is so great to hear! Very happy for you ☺
I tried it for four (4) months.
*Before you know it's 9pm and you start thinking about the following day (meetings, gossip, bullying, meaningless **_tasks_** 🙄...)*
We are slaves with nice cars and cellphones. And nicer houses than our ancestor had. But then again: *you don't enjoy your house because you're at the office!!!!!! 😪*
Word
I wish you all the best on your journey! ☺🙏
That is an amazing adjustment, very glad for you ☺ Time is so much more valuable than money. Have a great weekend! 🙏
@@swisssimpleton Thanks Felix! Couldn’t agree more. Hope you have a great weekend too ☺️
Thanks for bringing me hope that I can find peace, working a 9-5.
Turning 60 next month. 😊 Contemplating slow living, as well as reducing work hours to 3 10 hr days. I really like your realistic and attainable approach! God bless.
That's really great to hear, very happy for you! ☺ Thank you for your kind comment and happy easter 🍀
Really enjoyed this and can totally relate. I dropped down to 4 days from 5 and can already feel the benefits and I spend my day off in nature. It’s worth every penny I’ve lost because I’ve enriched my life.
☺☺🌻
That sounds amazing! Very happy for you ☺🍀
I feel that one has to balance speed and slowness.
It just has to be meaningful to the individual.

I bike ride in the countryside on the weekends. It’s wonderful.
"Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience." - Ralph Waldo Emerson
I’m tired. I am burned out, 💯
I have worked FT x 40 years.
I really hope it works out for you 🤗
@@Desert-Dweller thank you
You're the first guy Ive seen on YT promoting the Slow Living movement. love to see it.
You are absolutely right.
I absolutely agree! Nature is the great healer and the best place for relaxation ☺
Hi Felix
So great to found your channel on UA-cam for practising slow living and minimalistic lifestyle. I can relate my lifestyle with you to some extent living in a city as i have to work from office everyday. Really enjoyed watching your video and am able to take some lessons on slow living lifestyle in a different way. Thank you

Greetings to India! ☺🍀
I ride my bike to work. It is such a nice thing to be outside instead of in a car. However it is dangerous with the vehicles who may have trouble seeing me, so I am grateful when i arrive safely.
Love this channel ❤
☺☺❤
Embracing who you really are is so liberating ☺Very happy for you that you made that step for yourself 🍀
Love the thought process! It was a reminder I needed
Expect nothing, appreciate everything! This helps me ❤🇦🇺
Great advice! ☺
Sometimes I’m frustrated by what I can access. But I really enjoy balancing rest and activity. I have time and mental space for family friends and hobbies
Wanted to live an enjoyable and meaningfull life. Working for a non profit organisation has made my work-life balance easier.
True. Because even when you’re at the office 8 hours, people only get about 4 hours done anyway.
Thanks for setting a good example!

Due to severe illness in the past, i cant work more than 24 hours per week. Even though I would like to earn a bit more money, i am fortunate enough to be able to pay my bills with this parttime job. And i feel very lucky to have so much free time
Great video! Thanks!
Nice video. I really recommend not drinking alcohol. That gave me a lot of extra peace...
I've also recently requested to move to working 4 days a week. I start in June. I feel like I'm regaining some control of my life and I don't think I'll be that much worse off financially. As others have said, the time gained is worth more than the money I would earn from continuing to sacrifice my time.
That is awesome! 🤩
I so want a life style like this. I wish the Philippines could adopt a flexible work schedule. I don't want work to be my life. I want to be able to do creative pursuits which I cannot do within the scope of current lifestyle. 🥺

Hi. Bavaria here. Came across your channel today and watching the second video... just wanted to say: great topics, really engaging me
Hey Bavaria, so nice to have you around! 😊 Glad that you enjoy the content so far! Thank you for your nice comment 🍀☺
Thank you for a great video❤
Glad you enjoyed it ☺🙏 I wish you a nice weekend!
Do the best you can and don't take life too serious.😊
Couldn't agree more! ☺
I need to do this
Thankyou for teaching me. Love from pakistan.❤❤
I'm super glad you enjoyed the video! Much love back from Switzerland ❤
Thanks for sharing. I feel the same way as you express in the intro. Have you thought of being an introvert is more sensitive for the fast pace life and stimulus during a work day?
I think thhis might absolutely be the case!
Corporates don't want employees to slow down
True that! You have to set clear boundaries if you can 🙌
I dont understand how this is possible. For me, working 4 days per week means losing all benefits: insurance, 401k, HSA, etc.
But adding 2 hours a day to a workday can make 4 days a week at full time possible.
love it
Videos like this only tell me how messed up the world is that we label normal living and make asmr videos about it for UA-cam
The need for asmr videos in itself says a lot
The title is a bit misleading. I assumed the 9-5 job was the traditional Monday to Friday 9-5 but actually you get 3 days off so slow living is easier
I need ideas how to do slow living Monday to Friday 9-5
Good on you 🫶👍🙌….This is just how I feel, I want to live closer to the nature💚 Also I feel like I don’t want to work as many hours as I would like to enjoy life a bit more. Thank you for this motivational video 🙏

Honestly, a 9-5 is a pretty easy gig. I'd be thankful for that.
I went from studying to full time job and now i feel like slow living is hard / impossible
9-5 5 days a week is still too much.. we could all work 3 days a week and enjoy life on off days..
I love it…
I wish the option to reduce work days / hours was provided where I live. Is this an European thing?
I think in scandinavian countries and here in Switzerland it is becoming more and more popular ☺ I don't know about other European countries though if I'm honest.
Time to move I guess 😎. Und fange an, mein Deutsch zu üben.

Greed, competition, fear, jealousy and conditioning. Even the corporates and elites are slaves to the conditioning.
